CTRL + END = Revive all downed homies
CTRL + RIGHT = Cycle Drugged State
CTRL + LEFT = Cycle Drunk State
CTRL + DOWN = Toggle Virtual Reality effect
CTRL + UP = Toggle Player and Follower dancing (also works in cars!)
CTRL + LBRACKET = Toggle Avatar morph – BUGGY
CTRL + RBRACKET = Toggle Brute animations for player
CTRL + SEMICOLON = Toggle Rollerblader animations for player

Special Commands (E)

E + INSERT = Cycle through special mission outfits
E + HOME = Cycle through male outfits
E + PGUP = Cycle through female outfits
E + DELETE = Toggle gravity for player
E + END = Add $10,000
E + PGDOWN = Change Player Team
E + RIGHT = Add Decker Notoriety
E + LEFT = Add Luchardore Notoriety
E + DOWN = Add Morningstar Notoriety
E + UP = Add Police Notoriety
E + LBRACKET = Toggle maxed notoriety for all, and clear all notoriety
E + RBRACKET = Lock notoriety at zero
E + SEMICOLON = Toggle Restricted Zone forced notoriety

Special Commands (R)

R + INSERT = Cycle Melee
R + HOME = Cycle Pistols
R + PGUP = Cycle SMGs
R + DELETE = Cycle Shotguns
R + END = Cycle Rifles
R + PGDOWN = Cycle Explosive
R + RIGHT = Cycle Special
R + LEFT = Cycle Temp Weapons
R + DOWN = Toggle single and dual wielding for weapon cycles
R + UP = Toggle limited/unlimited ammo for weapon cycles
R + LBRACKET = Cycle follower weapons (gang, police, laser, unarmed)
R + RBRACKET = Toggle insane followers (followers will aggressively attack all pedestrians)
R + SEMICOLON = Carry follower over shoulder

Special Commands (F)

F + INSERT = Repair current vehicle
F + HOME = Toggle current vehicle invulnerability
F + PGUP = Toggle infinite mass for player vehicle
F + DELETE = Toggle prevent vehicle from flipping
F + END = Toggle unjackable status for player vehicle
F + PGDOWN = Cycle passenger modes where followers drive you around
F + DOWN = Blow up random parked car
F + UP = Toggle Day Night Cycle on/off
F + LBRACKET = Cycle through standard times of day
F + RBRACKET = Cycle through other alternate times of day (requires optional alternate time of day files)
F + SEMICOLON = Reshuffle all playlists for on-foot radio
