In order to import save file you need to go to.

In there you will see ‘HK GameSlot’ 1 to 4, those slots are for when you want to manually save in the game, and we will replace one of them in order to get the achivements.
Before altering your save files make sure you back up the saves you want to keep by making a copy of them
The save file I’m providing is HK GameSlot 2, but you can change the number to fit whatever save slot you want to replace. In case you’re wondering the order in game is top down, slot 1 being the top save slot and slot 4 being the bottom save slot.
After replacing the save slot you want, all you need to do is boot up the game and complete a single event to get the achievements.
Instructions
You will spawn in your Central apartment. Now head out to the garage and grab a car. Place a waypoint roughly the same as in the image below and drive there.
You should be roughly in the same location as the image below
Now go forward toward the U shape on the mini map
That should trigger the event and all you need to do is grab the drunk and drag him outside. You can grab the drunk before the dialogue end, but be careful if you accidently grab the owner instead, he will be hostile toward you and Wei targets him and will try to grab him when you try to grab the drunk. If that happened, just wait out for the dialogue to end and then try and grab the dunk. In case you don’t know, the counter button allows you to let someone go when you’re holding on to them.
