1. Download the savegame from the following uploader

2. Extract the downloaded file to your save folder

3. Load Secret_Service_Achievement save in the main menu
4. Game Tasks
- Greek Empire has top secret access with FOUR civilizations at the moment. We need one more top secret access with the last civilization to get Secret Service Achievement.
- Wait two more turns until our Spy travels to St. Petersburg. He will increase diplomatic visibility for us.
- Accept deal with Russia. End your turn.
- Choose misson for the Spy. Send him to the Listening Post to increase diplomatic visibility by one rank. End your turn.
5. Ending
You should get the achievement right after finishing your turn.
