This guide will show you how to get Shining Slash, BUT REMEMBER! Only saiyans and humans can use this move, if you are not of these races, this guide is not for you.
The Parallel quests!
To get this move, you need Parallel quest No. 24, if you do not have this yet, do not worry. As this mission becomes available near the beginning of the cell saga.

Farming
You need to farm, seriously.
This mission needs to be farmed ALOT to get this move, as It took me over 30 minutes of pure farming to get this move. But do not worry, as it is worth it as this move paralyzes your enemies for around 1 second.
