This works in MW2 and MW3.
I’m not entirely sure if it works on Black Ops or BO2.
This trick works using all guns except rocket launchers.
There are shots where you can shot and tilt your guy and you can jump and do a silent shot too, but i decided to this only because it’s the easiest.
This is not a hack.
This will require practice.
I recommend doing this with a friend in a private match to get a hang of it.
Silent shot and a suppressored shot are not the same thing.
You can hear a suppressored shot in a killcam, but you can’t hear the silent shot in the killcam.
For example, you kill someone for the final killcam. You hear your bullet sound but in the killcam, the shot is silent.

As I said before, this will take practice.
The only example I’ll do is use any sniper.
So let’s say you use the MSR in MW3…
You scope and fire, and as soon as you hear your bullet being fired, immediately hit your lethal key (Throwing knife, Grenade, etc button)
If you reacted fast enough, in the killcam, your shot will be silent.
Do not try to do this in an online match every shot you get.
Save it for the final kill and astonish your enemies.
