Go to:your drive:SteamsteamappscommonSki Park Tycoonsaveand open up your save profile using notepad. (default will be Player.prof) and change:[CampCompleted]Nto[CampCompleted]YChanging this setting will unlock unlimited mode. If you want to unlock all buildings and lifts, change all Ns to Ys in those sections. Easy as pie!
