Overview
Instead of typing “map c1a0” in the console when starting a new game, you can modify one number in the games files to start you on c1a0 when you click New Game.
Liblist.gam
In the directory “C:Program Files (x86)SteamsteamappscommonHalf-Lifevalve” or wherever you have the game installed, you’ll find a file named liblist.gam. In the line ‘startmap “c0a0″‘, change “c0a0” to “c1a0”. Changing it to the last map of the tram ride where Barney opens the tram door (c0a0e) will result in barney not spawning.
