What is Skooma
Skooma is an illegal narcotic that is used throughout Tamriel. It is made from Moon Sugar and Nightshade. Skooma can be used by vaporizing the liquid and smoked through a pipe or by drinking it in its liquid form.
Why you should use Skooma
Skooma increases your strength, speed, and restores stamina, but it may cause some brain damage.
Where you can find Skooma
Nothing to see here guards, I’m just having a chat about… um… armor, yea that’s it.
Ok, now that the guards are gone, I’ll give you the rundown on where you can find some skooma dealers.
Nordinor: He is my preferred dealer as he has 5 bottles of skooma ready for sale whilst the other dealer only has 1. He can be found in an alley between The Fair Deal and Silverhome on the Water in Bravil. There is a place called the Skooma Den that is also in Bravil, you can go in there and steal some skooma or hang out with some other skooma addicts.
Shady Sam: He is the other dealer in Cyrodiil. He will only have 1 bottle of skooma ready for sale at any given time. He can be found northwest of the Imperial city right outside the wall.
