Joining the Imperial Legion :
To join the Imperial Legion, travel to Solitude and find General Tullius in Castle Dour (Up the ramps to the left). After talking to General Tullius and Legate Rikke, they will ask you to clear Fort Hraggstad and then you will have to take an oath.
Once the oath taken, the quest will end and the achievement will unlock.

Joining the Stormcloaks :
To join the Stormcloaks, travel to Windhelm and the Palace of the Kings to speak to Ulfric. After speaking to Ulfric and Galmar Stone-Fist, they will ask you to travel to The Serpent Stone and kill an ice wraith, and then you will have to take an oath.
Once the oath taken, the quest will end and the achievement will unlock.

Capture Fort Greenwall[elderscrolls.fandom.com] or Fort Sungard[elderscrolls.fandom.com]
Simply Join the men attacking the Fort and then take over the Fort by defeating the enemy.

After you've completed the quest Proving Honor[elderscrolls.fandom.com], ask a Companion for a job.
The quest The Silver Hand[elderscrolls.fandom.com] will begin and you will be directed to Skjor who will ask you to meet him at the Underforge (inaccessible until now). Then you will perform a ritual and after having some "side effects" complete the quest by speaking to Aela. The achievement will then unlock.

Note : to join the Circle, you will have to willingly contract Lycanthropy from Aela.

This is the final quest of The Companions' main questline in which you must venture to Ysgramor's Tomb...

Gatekeeper[elderscrolls.fandom.com]
Join the College of Winterhold
Upon visiting the College, it can be joined by passing a test of merit which requires the casting of a random spell.

Notes : Some spells like Fear must be cast at the emblem on the ground or she will ignore it. If the spell she requests has not yet been learned, she offers to sell it for 30 Gold.
You can also bypass the test with a high-level persuasion check.

Revealing the Unseen[elderscrolls.fandom.com]
After completing the quest Good Intentions[elderscrolls.fandom.com] and speaking with Savos, ask Mirabelle what she knows about the Staff of Magnus.

Then head to the ruins of Mzulft, a huge Dwemer dungeon.
Once you've made your way through the ruins and solved the puzzle (solution on the video bellow), finally return to the College and report back to the Arch-Mage and then the achievement will unlock upon completion of the quest.

Join the Thieves Guild
After entering Riften, speak to Brynjolf (He can be found during the day at the Riften Marketplace or in The Bee and Barb at night).
He will give you instructions to steal a ring. Whether you succeed or not, you will still be able to join the Thieves Guild.

Darkness Returns[elderscrolls.fandom.com]
After you've escaped from Irkngthand, head the Twilight Sepulcher. Once you've made your way through and solved the puzzles, fall into a pit and wait 20s. (solution on the video bellow)










Then place the Skeleton Key into the Ebonmere Lock (You will lose possession of the key).
Finally choose your Nightingale Role (Can be changed later) and the achievement will unlock once you've exited the Sepulcher

One with the Shadows[elderscrolls.fandom.com]
Returned the Thieves Guild to its former glory
(Complete Under New Management)

To get this achievement one must complete the entire Thieves Guild's main questline AND complete all special city quests from Delvin Mallory

Special city quests:
Note : Jobs can be accepted and quit at will so if you have done all the jobs in a particular hold, select to quit the current job and ask for a new one

Once you've completed everything, speak to Brynjolf and you will be initiated as the new Guild Master. Finally retrieve your Guild Leader Armor from Tonilia and the achievement will unlock.

Join the Dark Brotherhood
One must first complete Innocence Lost[elderscrolls.fandom.com]. 24h after it has been completed, you will receive a note from a courier saying "We know."

After receiving the note, sleep in any bed for any amount of time then you will wake up in an Abandoned Shack.
You will be greeted by Astrid and see 3 tied up prisoners, kill any of the prisoners and then Astrid will direct you to the Dark Brotherhood Sanctuary.
Head there and the achievement will unlock after speaking to Astrid a final time.

After doing several Dark Brotherhood quests you will be tasked to kill another target : Vittoria Vici
Once it's done report back to Astrid and the achievement will unlock.

*Hail Sithis![elderscrolls.fandom.com]
This is the final contract-based quest in the Dark Brotherhood questline.
After speaking to Nazir, board the Katariah then eliminate your final target :
Emperor Titus Mede II
Finally report back to Nazir and the achievement will unlock.

Daedric Influence[elderscrolls.fandom.com]
Acquire a Daedric Artifact

During the quest A Daedra's Best Friend[elderscrolls.fandom.com] you will meet a talking dog called Barbas.
Near the end of the quest you will face an ultimatum :
either give the Rueful Axe to Clavicus Vile or kill Barbas
The Rueful Axe does NOT count as a Daedric Artifact, you must opt for the Masque of Clavicus Vile by sparing Barbas


During the quest Pieces of the Past[elderscrolls.fandom.com] you will assist Silus Vesuius in recovering and reforging the legendary Daedric artifact Mehrunes' Razor.
Near the end of the quest you will face another ultimatum :
either kill Silus or spare him
To get the Daedric Artifact you have to kill Silus


During the quest Waking Nightmare[elderscrolls.fandom.com] you will assist Erandur, to stop the nightmares experienced by the people of Dawnstar.
Near the end of the quest you will face yet again another ultimatum :
either kill Erandur or spare him
To get the Daedric Artifact you have to kill Erandur



During the quest The Taste of Death[elderscrolls.fandom.com] you will meet Eola, a cannibal.
To get the Daedric Artifact you must NOT kill Eola



During the quest The House of Horrors[elderscrolls.fandom.com] you will assist a Vigilant of Stendarr in removing the presence of the Daedra from an abandoned house in Markarth.
Molag Bal will then task you to bring him Logrolf the Willful.
To get the Daedric Artifact do NOT kill Logrolf before bringing him to Molag Bal in other words, you must obey Molag Bal.

To get the Daedric Artifact you must NOT attack any of the Orcs in Largashbur.
Unless out of self-defense against Yamarz if he betrays you




The Whispering Door[elderscrolls.fandom.com]
To get the Daedric Artifact you must NOT kill Hulda before she has shared rumors about Jarl Balgruuf's children.




If you killed Sinding PRIOR to the quest Ill Met by Moonlight[elderscrolls.fandom.com] then it will fail the whole quest and thus prevent you from getting either of the Daedric Artifacts.
Once the quest has started, you will get a Daedric Artifact no matter the outcome.

Get married
Those that can be married generally require that a specific task be completed beforehand. (See list of eligible characters[elderscrolls.fandom.com])
Then equip an Amulet of Mara and a new dialogue shows up where you ask to marry.
Once that is done, speak to Maramal at the Temple of Mara in Riften about arranging the wedding.
The ceremony will take place on the next day. During the ceremony, upon accepting the marriage, Maramal makes the marriage official and the achievement will unlock.

Adopt a child
To adopt a child you need to have a homestead or a house (with a children's bedroom).
Then you can either adopt a child from the Honorhall Orphanage or other children across Skyrim.

• Adopting a child from the Honorhall Orphanage :
  The quest Innocence Lost[elderscrolls.fandom.com] needs to be completed.
  Then ask Constance Michel to adopt a child, answer to a few questions and finally you will have adopted a child
  
  
• Alternatively, you can adopt a child roaming the streets :
  Casually approach child then ask them if they want to be adopted, meet them at your home and finally you will have adopted a child.

To buy a plot of land you need 5,000 Gold

There are a three plot of lands available for purchase :

• Lakeview Manor : Speak to the Jarl's steward of Falkreath, you might need to complete a quest beforehand, then buy the plot of land from the steward.
  
  
• Heljarchen Hall : Speak to the Jarl's steward of Dawnstar, you might need to complete a quest beforehand, then buy the plot of land from the steward.

Build three wings on a house
After a plot has been purchased, upon arriving at the site, a drafting table and carpenter's workbench can be found nearby.
The drafting table is used first to plan any structures to be added, and the carpenter's workbench is then used for the actual building of the house.

• It is possible to buy supplies through your homestead steward. The supplies will then be delivered the next day.

  They can be found near your home and each source can yield 4000 units before depleting.

Construction :

• Step One : Small House or Hallway Entrance : At first, this section of the house will be built as a Small House, and can only be furnished with "Small House Furnishings" such as a dresser, a double bed, a table and chairs.
  
  
• Step Two: Main Hall After you've built your Main Hall you can remodel your Small House as a Hallway Entrance. Some furniture will be moved to the Main Hall such as the double bed.
  
  
• Step Three: Wings After you've finished building the Main Hall additional wings can be constructed that connect to the Main Hall. A maximum of three wings can be added, and each wing gives three possible choices :

Use The Special Power Of Auriel's Bow
First you will either need Sunhallowed Arrows or Bloodcursed Arrows.

To obtain Sunhallowed Arrows, bring with you 20 or more elven arrows, travel to the Forgotten Vale then ask Knight-Paladin Gelebor (located on the Temple balcony) to transform your arrows into Sunhallowed ones.

Alternatively you can ask Serana to transform your Elven Arrows into Bloodcursed Arrows, provided you didn't cure her from her vampirism

Finally shoot a Sunhallowed Arrow (or a Bloodcursed Arrow) from Auriel's Bow at the sun and the achievement will unlock.

The Dragonborn questline automatically starts after completing the quest The Horn of Jurgen Windcaller[elderscrolls.fandom.com].
The next time you will visit a city during day time, two Cultists will attack you. After killing them, a note can be found on their corpse, Cultists' Orders, which will then start the whole questline.

It is also possible to directly travel to Solstheim and begin the questline by paying Gjalund Salt-Sage, a sea captain located at the Windhelm docks.
