you can tune whatever as long as you have some mobility and some hp but these are mine
the more hp you have the more you can bodyblock for your team
the more mobility you have the more you can run away or chase people down with core missile
this is a sway test build with more mobility and TEC, you can remove the shop sway and tune more HP/eternal/TEC if you want because it is the shop cart taking up 30 capacity
