Human: Fall Flat Guide

Splitscreen on 2 1080p monitors (nVidia). for Human: Fall Flat

Splitscreen on 2 1080p monitors (nVidia).

Overview

Get Human: Fall Flat working splitscreen on 2 different same resolution monitors.

Introduction

This guide is how i got it working on my PC, its not that hard, but had to search lots of forums for different games to get it working.

First of all, i have no clue how it works with AMD cards. Because i only have a GTX 970 to test it on with Windows 10, so .. could be not working on other versions.

I am using 2 displays, both on 1080 (very important that both screens have the same resolution), but both completely different.
1. A Dell U2414H (connected on MiniDisplayPort (WHICH I HATE BADLY).
2. A Samsung 40″ F7000 series. (connected on HDMI).

I got it working in a few simple steps.

Windows/NVIDIA Control Panel

1. In windows (or nVidia driver).
You have to put both displays on and put the “projection” on Extend (using Windows + P or any other way you like).

2.
You have to enable surround in the NVIDIA Control Panel.
– Open the NVIDIA Control Panel. (right side)
– Go to, Configure Surround, PhysX
– Check the box with “span displays with surround”.
-> Configure it how you see fit, which setup (2×1 or 1×2), but put the resolution on 3840×1080. (check the screens you want to use).
(which will probably ruin your background image -__-).

It should “stretch” your desktop over 2 screens. having it as 1 screen @ 3840×1080, instead of 2 screens of 1920×1080.
After that, you boot Human: Fall Flat, (it should be in the middle of 2 screens) (half on half).

In Human: Fall Flat

3.
In Human: Fall Flat, you change to resolution to 3840×1080, (yes it ruins the menu). somehow it got really big at my screen.
Then, you start a game, and hold both triggers (or mouse buttons, depending on your setup) to start splitscreen, it should split “between the 2 differnt monitors”.

The one holding both mouse buttons (or triggers) first, is on the screen called “1” in the NVIDIA Control Panel, so keep that in mind.
