[Spoilers] The Lar Achievement Guide

Overview

The achievements will be in the order of when you can get them in your progression. There will be spoilers, so I recommend playing the game fully beforehand. Also thanks to Charem for his YouTube series on the game, which helped me on some of the achievements I got stuck on.Also, make sure to read the whole guide before you start playing because some achievements require you to do things throughout the whole play through.If you have any questions, or if I missed anything, just say so in the comments! :3

Paw Attack

When you are separated from Mena and enter the Red Room to the right, Interact with the white Peput beings multiple times. When you come into their space, you will be Pushed Back, but Keep Doing So until you get the achievement.

Become a Doll

After moving outside of the Red Bedroom Rax places you in and solving the first Button Code (red-green-white-blue), get caught by the Peput (by going into its Sight Line).

Shock

When playing as Jail, enter the Generator Room, interact with the Right Side of the Left Generator, and choose the First Option (“take a sip”).

Fall into the Abyss

When you are in the Abyss playing as Jail, Run (arrow keys + shift) around in the Blackness until the screen goes completely Black.

Unlock Music

When you are back at the lab and playing as Jail, go to the Infirmary and use Cain’s Computer. Choose “Change Music“, then “Unknown“, and input the segmented password “83833 2824“.

Ad Time

*This is during the “Escape?” path (aka the path where you do not take the pill and leave the room)*

When in the Corridor with the rest of the Experimental Bodies (e.i. Mena, AnNn, Jail), go to the Second Floor and the Rightmost Room. Open the Safe in there with the same segmented password of “83833 2824“.

Escape?

*This has a few steps that has to be carried out throughout the playthrough*
During your first playthrough make sure to participate in all Mena related events (go to your room with her whenever the opportunity comes up).

When playing as Jail for the first time, make sure to interact with the red Cabinet in the room with Noah, so you can get Painting #2, and then, later, when you are in the abyss as Jail, make sure to interact with the blue cat, Farrell, to get the Painting #1.

As Jail again, when you are in Cain’s Lab with Mena, make sure to interact with the Fridge next to the computer, and then with the Computer (this is so to make Jail try to find an antidote later).

*SAVE FILE 1*

Afterwards, when you are in the Abyss as Lar, make sure to get to the room with the Orange Sofa, and interact with to get Lar’s Room Key.

When in the Experiment Room with “Jail” as Lar, do not take the Pill, but go to the top right corner and use Lar’s Room Key to open the door, then go interact with “Jail”. Continue with the story.

Finally, agree with Noah in the Abyss.

Become a Vessel

*LOAD SAVE FILE 1*

When you are in the Experiment Room, playing as Lar, take the Pill. Afterwards, when in the Abyss with Lur, go to the Computer above you.

Wrong Route

*This achievement, along with the others following, are part of the NEW GAME + playthrough*

When starting the new playthrough, choose AnNn to investigate with, go to your Room with him, and continue with the story.

Two of a Kind

Go to your Room with Mena whenever the chance comes up, Talk to her whenever you get down time, ask how she Feels, and always Trust her.

Hello Player

When in the Abyss during the New Game + route, after talking to Mena and going through the Grey Block, head Right till you get to the Next Grey Block and enter it. Then go to the Blue-Rimmed Door, and head to the Grey Block to the Southwest of you.
Unlock the Safe with the code “83833 2824” and then interact with it again and input “THELAR“. This should make a message pop up with the words “Meta End“.
Then continue with the Fine Future route.
It will then ask you to go to the Test Room (you might have to restart the game), and once you get there you will receive the achievement.

Fine Future

Follow the New Game + route till the Abyss.

*SAVE FILE 2*

Talk to Rax in the Abyss and tell her the truth. Convince AnNn to come with you, and then head to the elevator and Talk to Everyone. Finally head in and finish the game.

Future

*LOAD SAVE 2*

Follow the Fine Future route without talking to AnNn.
