Overview
In this Guide, I will walk you through on Spy Fox 3: Operation Ozone. (NOTE: This is the Final Spy Fox Adventure game to use the Scumm Engine.)
1. The Story so Far…
Poodles Galore, the Queen of cosmetics, has blasted an Enormous Aerosol Hairspray Space Station into Earth Orbit and set it off. The constant blast of aerosol will deplete the entire ozone layer within a matter of hours, leaving the planet at the mercy of the ravaging sun! It’s up to SPY Corps and their top agent, Spy Fox to muzzle that Poodle for good.
2. Minigames
Radioactive Trash Collector:
This game is accessible by pressing the Fun button on the SPY Watch.
See Section 2-4 on How to Play Radioactive Trash Collector.
Bowling:
Found inside the Bowling Alley. In this Classic Game, you’ve got 2 Chances to knock all the pins down the alley. Can be accessed after you’ve recused Plato Pushpin from Poodles Galore.
Bowling Alley Jukebox:
Found inside the Bowling Alley. You can play Cool Songs in the Bowling Alley by entering Song Codes using this Jukebox. Just use the the Left & Right Arrows to pick a song, then input the Song Code that matches the Song you selected. The Song Codes should be right above the Song you picked. A total of 5 Songs can be played at a time, but you can use the RESET Button to erase the Playlist. You’ll need to use the Jukebox to enter MobCom (Mobile Command Center).
Wig Maker MK4:
Found inside the Cosmetics Factory. After making the Correct Wig to bypass the Wig Security Scanner, The Player can make any Wig He/She likes. See Section 2-5 on how to use the Wig Maker MK4.

2-5. Radioactive Trash Collector Instructions
How to play Radioactive Trash Collector:
Use the Garbage Truck’s Crosshairs to aim the EnviroCannon.
Use the LEFT MOUSE BUTTON or CONTROL KEY on your Keyboard to launch the Recycle Sphere. The Recycle Sphere can’t be launched again until it has returned to the EnviroCannon.
Collect all the Trash to Complete the Level. SweeperBots will get in the Recycle Sphere’s way & can’t be collected.
Collect 4 Bonus Particle Atoms to get to the Bonus Level.
Capture First Aid Creates to Restore Energy.
Capture Smart Bomb Creates to increase Smart Bomb capacity.
Smart Bomb Containers will allow 1 Smart Bomb to Recharge at the Start of each Level.
Use Smart Bombs to recycle all trash on the screen.
Press the RIGHT MOUSE BUTTON or SHIFT KEY to use your Smart Bombs.
The game ends when your Garbage Truck runs out of Energy.

First, you can chose any Hairstyle you would like to use, then pick your favorite Color & Accessory.
Once you’ve set the Wig Maker’s Parameters, you can press the RED ARROW BUTTON to create a Wig.
When you’re done, you can post your Wig Maker Picture on Steam using the F12 Key in the Steam Version or use PrintScreen in the Standalone ScummVM Version.

3. Walkthroughs Guide – Bad Guys’ Bathroom
The Game Starts with you inside the Bathroom of the Bad Guys’ Base Somewhere in the Scottish Highlands. What you need to do is meet up with Roger Boar who should be hiding in a Mirror. Afterwards, you’ll need to make your escape once you get both the Lipstick Container & Rocket Powered Origami Skateboard. To solve the Rocket Powered Origami Skateboard Puzzle, you need to fold the Rocket Powered Origami Skateboard in the Correct Color Order which is Randomized for each Walkthrough. Each wrong answer gives you not only humorous dialogue but also cameos from other Humongous Entertainment Titles.

After you reach the Cosmetics Factory in the North American Streets, you’ll need to enter MobCom (Mobile Command Center) by entering the Jukebox Song Code in your Tea Bag at the Bowling Alley. The Correct Song Code to enter MobCom (Mobile Command Center) is randomized for each Walkthrough.

4-1. Walkthroughs Guide – Required Key Items
There are 4 Items you’ll need to make the Congeal Pill & disarm the Aerosol Hairspray Space Station, these items can be viewed at anytime via Congeal Pill Recipe if you forget what you need.

After you enter MobCom (Mobile Command Center) & get the SPY Bowling Ball from the SPY Gadget Vendor, head back to the Bowling Alley & head down. You’ll notice the Third-Ugliest Bowling Pin there which happens to be Palto Pushpin & he needs to be rescued from being bowled over by Poodles Galore. But, first look at the Bowling Shirts that Poodles, Ace & Champ are wearing. You need to be wearing a Bowling Shirt that matches theirs & the name tag must Match the 4th Person’s Name on the Scoreboard. The Required Bowling Shirt & 4th Person’s Name on the Scoreboard are Randomized for each Walkthrough. Once you have the Correct Bowling Shirt, you’ll need to use The Name Patch Machine to input the correct name of the 4th Person’s. When you’ve the correct Name Inputed onto the Right Bowling Shirt, press START to make the Name Patch. After you’ve got both the Correct Bowling Shirt & Name Patch, you can use the SPY Bowling Ball on Pushpin to rescue him.
NOTE: The Name Patch Machine makes names of 5-Letters or less, The 4th Person’s Name
has 5-Letters or less and the Name Patch Machine explodes after you’ve rescued Pushpin.
You can also use your Keyboard to enter the 4th Person’s name then press ENTER.

6. Walkthroughs Guide – Making the Congeal Pill
This game has 2 Game Paths which contain different puzzles that the player has to solve in order to continue the game. The game paths are randomly set when the player starts a new game. There is also a Bonus Ending where the player can capture Poodles Galore. The Bonus Ending is only accessible when the player clicks at the right time.
Secret Donut XY/Prickly Pear Pizza: In this game path, the player has to obtain either
the Secret Donut XY recipe/Prickly Pear from the African Desert.
Freshwater Pearl/Beauty Clay: In this game path, the player has to obtain either
the Freshwater Pearl/Beauty Clay from the Asian Lake.
6-1. World Map Locations
There are 4 In-Game Locations you can Travel using your SPY Car, after you rescue Pushpin.
In-Game GPS Locations:
1. North American Streets
2. South American Jungle
3. African Desert
4. Asian Lake
6-2. Pia’s Donut Shop – Secret Donut XY
This can be done during the Secret Donut XY Route, you’ll need a Secret Donut XY to make the Congeal Pill. You can use the Secret Donut XY Talk Balloon for Hints on Bobby Llama’s Location or head straight for African Desert if you know where he is. Once you’ve reached the African Desert, you’ll need to check in with Bea Bear so she can lend you her Beekeeper Hat, you’ll need it to enter the Prickly Pear Ranch. Once at the Prickley Pear Ranch you’ll notice Bobby Llama is there. What you need to do is use the Secret Donut XY Talk Balloon on him & he’ll give you the recipe for Secret Donut XY. Once you have the Recipe for Secret Donut XY, head back to Pia’s Donut Shop in the North American Streets & give the Recipe for Secret Donut XY to Pia. Before can make the Secret Donut XY, you’ll have to Solve a Picture Code Puzzle first. The Remaining Solution to this puzzle is Randomized for each walkthrough & some of the Picture Codes are already done for you. Once you’ve solved the Picture Code Puzzle, the only thing left to find so that Pia can make the Secret Donut XY is Tapioca, you’ll need to distract the Police Officer using the Canned Laughter on the Front Door before heading over to the South American Jungle in your SPY Car (Or you can distract the Police Officer by using the Canned Laughter on the Front Door when you first enter Pia’s Donut Shop).
Once you’ve reached the South American Jungle, you’ll need to use the Grappling Granny on the Tree Branch to cross the Quicksand Pit. After crossing the Quicksand pit, head up to the Treehouse & use the Tapioca Talk Balloon on Stanley Seagull, he has the Tapioca you need but he need a donut to eat. The Donut that Stanley Seagull asks you to get from the North American Streets is also Randomized. Once you have the Correct Donut, head back to the South American Jungle & the Correct Donut to Stanley Seagull in exchange for the Tapioca Bag. After you’ve got the Tapioca Bag, return to the North American Streets then give Pia the Tapioca Bag, then she’ll make you the Secret Donut XY. Once you have Secret Donut XY, return to Pushpin back at MobCom (Mobile Command Center) and give him the Secret Donut XY, then you’ll need 2 More Key Items to make the Congeal Pill.
NOTE: To Solve this puzzle, look at each Picture carefuly as each picture has a name & an answer. Only the First Letter of each Picture contains the Correct Letter for each ingredient for the Secret Donut XY Recipe. Use the UP or DOWN Arrows on each ingredient until you spell the correct Word for the ingredient that’s needed for Secret Donut XY.

6-3. Pia’s Pizza Shop – Prickly Pear Pizza
This can be done during the Prickly Pear Pizza Route, you’ll need a Prickly Pear Pizza to make the Congeal Pill. You can use the Prickly Pear Pizza Talk Balloon for Hints on where to find a Prickly Pear or head straight for African Desert if you know where he is. Once you’ve reached the African Desert, you’ll need to check in with Bea Bear so she can lend you her Beekeeper Hat, you’ll need it to enter the Prickly Pear Ranch. Before entering the Prickly Pear Ranch, you’ll notice an Prickly Pear X-Ray Scanner. What you need to do is get a Prickly Pear from the Prickly Pear Ranch & drop it onto a Wooden Board that’s floating down the River but only when the wooden board is stuck but first, you’ll need to redirect the waterfall so that its facing the Reservoir. After that, you can get the Prickly Pear without having to go through the Prickly Pear X-Ray Scanner. Once you have the Prickly Pear, head back to the North American Streets then give Pia the Prickly Pear, then she’ll make you the Prickly Pear Pizza. Once you have Prickly Pear Pizza, return to Pushpin back at MobCom (Mobile Command Center) and give him the Prickly Pear Pizza, then you’ll need 2 More Key Items to make the Congeal Pill.

6-4. Temple of Chicle-Pichu – Chiclet/Chicle Gum
The Piece of Chiclet/Chicle Gum can be found in all walkthroughs. Head over to the South American Jungle & use the Grappling Granny on the Tree Branch to cross the Quicksand Pit. After crossing the Quicksand pit, head over to the Temple of Chicle-Pichu but it’s locked. There are 2 things you need to do in order to get the piece of Chiclet/Chicle Gum. First, you need to solve a Hieroglyphic Code. The Hieroglyphic Code consists of 5 Correct Hieroglyphs which are randomized for each Walkthrough. If you head up to the Treehouse, you’ll notice the 5 Hieroglyphs you need to input. Once you’ve entered the correct Hieroglyphic Code, talk to Trudy Fruit to get the Chicle-Pichu Amulet Talk Balloon. Then head over to the Asian Lake, enter the Universal Imports Shop & use the Chicle-Pichu Amulet Talk Balloon on the Shop Owner. She has the Chicle-Pichu Amulet you need, but you need to solve a Code Phrase Puzzle to do so. Head over to the African Desert & meet up with Pins to get a Digital Makeup Compact. You’ll need it to decode Universal Imports Shop Owner’s Code Phrase, the Correct Code Phrase/Counterphrase is Randomized for each Walkthrough. There are total of 8 Different Code Phrases & Counterphrases. Be sure to click on the correct color that matches the Code Phrase/Counterphrase. After you use the Correct Counterphrase, you’ll get the Chicle-Pichu Amulet. Now head on back to the South American Jungle & use the Chicle-Pichu Amulet on the Temple of Chicle-Pichu’s Amulet Lock. Once you’ve entered the Temple, you’ll need to get past the Sawblade Trap by using the SPY Rust Buster on them & continue to on until you reach a Room containing Tiny Sized Chiclet/Chicle inside a Giant Dispenser. To get the Tiny Sized Chiclet/Chicle out of the Giant Dispenser be sure to use the SPY Toaster on Spy Fox (or on the Chiclet/Chicle Giant Dispenser’s handle) and you’ll get the Piece of Chiclet/Chicle Gum (Not to mention, a nice Raiders of the Lost Ark Reference while your at with the Giant Chiclet/Chicle Gum being the Giant Boulder). After that Parodied Raiders of the Lost Ark Scene, return to Pushpin back at MobCom (Mobile Command Center) & give him the Piece of Chiclet/Chicle Gum, then you’ll need only 1 More Key Items to make the Congeal Pill.

6-5. Cosmetics Factory – APD Number
Once you get Keycard from Pushpin, you can use it to enter the Cosmetics Factory. Once inside, you need to meet up with Roger Boar once again, you can find him inside the Wig Display Room wearing a Red Wig. You can also get the Combination Phase to the Lipstick Shuttle Key at the enterance using the SPY Ear. Then, go through the Wig Security Scanner to enter the Lipstick Shuttle Bay, but it won’t let you enter. You’ll need a Correct Wig Disguise to bypass the Security Scanner. You can use the Hair Maker MK4 to create a Wig Disguise. Once you’ve gotten past the Security Scanner using your Wig Disguise, you’ll need to use the Sticky Stun Bun to get past the Security Guards so you can reach both the Lipstick Shuttle & Shuttle Key Safe. Once you’ve entered the Correct Combination Phases, you can get the Lipstick Shuttle Key & use it to blast off into Earth Orbit. Once in Space, you’ll need to get Aerosol Hairspray Space Station’s APD Number by clicking on the APD Number in which Spy Fox will Burn the APD Number onto a Blank CD-ROM. Once you have it, return to Earth & give the APD (Aerosol Particle Diameter) Number to Pushpin back at MobCom (Mobile Command Center) & give him the CD-ROM containing the APD Number, then you’ll need only 3 More Key Items to make the Congeal Pill. The Hair of the Day Wig, the Combination Phase to the Lipstick Shuttle Key & APD (Aerosol Particle Diameter) Number are Randomized for each Walkthrough.

This is the Route to getting the Freshwater Pearl. In the North American Streets, you’ll notice a Cookie Scout selling Cookies, examine the Megaphone to begin, you need to earn 3 Dollars to trade for the Cookie Scout’s Megaphone. The 3 Cookie Boxes you’ll get are randomized for each Walkthrough. Once you’ve delivered the 3 Cookie Boxes to the Correct Customers, you should have the $3 you need. Give the $3 to the Cookie Scout and you’ll be able to get the Megaphone. Then head back to the Asian Lake & use the Megaphone on the Fisherman so he can take you to the Pearl Farm. Once at the Pearl Farm, climb up the ladder to Oyster House. However, there’s a Duck Guard in the way. You’ll need to use the Duck Blind to get past the Duck Guard & use the Pearl Detector on the Oyster House. The Location of the Freshwater Pearl is Randomized in the Oyster House. What you need to do is move the Pearl Detector in the Oyster House until it Flashes Red, when it’s Flashing Red, you’ve Found the Freshwater Pearl & click on it. Once you have the Freshwater Pearl, return to Pushpin back at MobCom (Mobile Command Center) & give him the Freshwater Pearl, then you’ll have all 4 Key Items for the Congeal Pill.

This is the Route to getting the Underwater Beauty Clay, first head over to the Asian Lake & examine Wet Eddie’s SCUBA Gear, you’ll need Flippers before Wet Eddie can let you use his SCUBA Gear, so head on over to the Bowling Alley in the North American Streets & you’ll notice something is out of place there, it’s the Flippers for the SCUBA Gear. But you’ll need to trade them for the Missing Bowling Shoes. Head back to the Quicksand Pit and use the Grappling Granny with the Bowling Shoes to get them, then return to the North American Streets & trade them for the Flippers. Once you have the Flippers, return to the Asian Lake & use them to get the SCUBA Gear. Then head over to the Beatuy Clay Mining Rig & use the SCUBA Gear on Spy Fox to dive underwater, once underwater you’ll notice a Required Gate Code which is Randomized for each Walkthrough along with the both the Correct Gate Code & the Beauty Clay you need. There’s 10 Different Types of Beauty Clay marked on the Mining Rig’s 5×5 Grid. The Condition of the Beauty Clay is displayed by a Horizontal Row while the Color of the Clay is displayed by a Vertical Column. But only one of the Beauty Combination is correct & Randomized for each Walkthrough. Once you’ve matched the Gate Code on the Gate Control Panel Deck, head back underwater & go through the gate. Use the SPY Mint to light up the Beauty Clay Mining Ocean Floor & collect the Beauty Clay that matches the one you need for the Congeal Pill Recipe. Once you have the Correct type of Beauty Clay, return to Pushpin back at MobCom (Mobile Command Center) & give him the Beauty Clay, then you’ll have all 4 Key Items for the Congeal Pill.

Once you give the 4 Key Items (The Chiclet/Chicle Gum, Aerosol Particle Diameter Number,
Secret Donut XY/Prickly Pear Pizza & the Freshwater Pearl/Underwater Beauty Clay) to Pushpin, you’ll get the Congeal Pill from him. Now all you need to do is to backtrack to Aerosol Hairspray Space Station that’s orbiting Earth & toss the Congeal Pill into the Aerosol Core. But Poodles has captured you the first time around! Not to worry, you can use Swiss SPY Knife to escape Poodle’s Trap. Look into the Trash Can & get back the Congeal Pill, then drop it into the Aerosol Core for the Second Time.
Once you’ve tossed the Congeal Pill into the Aerosol Core, the Earth’s Ozone Layer will be saved from Poodles Galore.
8. Bonus Ending Walkthrough – Capturing Poodles Galore
NOTE: DON’T hit the “ESC” Key if you’re planing to go after Poodles Galore otherwise you’ll get the Normal/Try Again Ending!
Bonus Ending:
This Bonus Ending is unlocked by clicking on the door just when Poodles has escaped.
Spy Fox can enter Poodle’s moonbase to turn off the forcefield so SPY Corps can take her in.
Spy Fox must unlock the right fingernail design (same as Poodles’) in order to turn it off.
Afterwards, Monkey Penny can come right in and send Poodles away to jail.
8-1. Entering the Moonbase
To get Bonus Ending, you’ll need to get inside Poodle’s Moonbase. To do this, watch the Guard closely as he enters the Security Color Code, then enter the same Security Color Code on the Security Panel just like the Guard did. The Correct Security Color Code is Randomized for each Walkthrough.

8-2. Deactivating the Giant Powder Puff
Now that you’re inside the Moonbase, you’ll need to deactivate the Force Field that’s keeping SPY Corps from entering and capturing Poodles Galore, but first you’ll need to copy her Fingernail Prints in order to do so. Go Left until you reach a Giant Powder Puff Trap, if you try to go left again, you’ll get Puffed with Face Powder. Instead, go upstairs until you find a Teleporter for the Giant Powder Puff Trap. To turn off the Giant Powder Puff Trap, you’ll need to place the Correct Perfume Shaped Bottle in the Powder Puff’s Control Panel that’s the same shape next to the Teleporter.
There’s different 4 Perfume Shaped Bottles to get in the Force Field Control Room that can be accessed by pushing the Perfume Closet Button in the Powder Puff’s Control Panel Room, but the Correct one is Randomized for each Walkthrough. Once the Correct Perfume Shaped Bottle in place, you can turn off the Giant Powder Puff by pulling the Puff Switch.

8-3. Deactivating the Force Field
After you’ve disabled the Giant Powder Puff, you can head to the Security Camera Room, use the LEFT or RIGHT ARROWS on the Console until you can see Poodle’s Fingernails. The Correct Fingernail Pattern that Poodles has is Randomized for each Walkthrough. To disable the Force Field, you need to copy Poodle’s Fingernails using the Fingernail Painter. Once you’ve got the Correct Fingernail Code, deactivate the Moonbase’s Force Field & Muzzle Poodles Galore by sending her to SPY Jail!

Before you move on to the End Credits, you can check your Trophy depending on which Ending you got. The Best Trophy you can get is if you complete the Bonus Ending Path.
When you’re done with the “You’re Too Cool” Session, you can post your Trophy on Steam using the F12 Key in the Steam Version, PrintScreen Capture in the Standalone ScummVM Version or Print it out in the CD-ROM Version on Windows XP 32-bit (If you’re not using ScummVM) or lower Closed Source Operating Systems.
NOTE: ScummVM doesn’t support printing out pictures, but the Steam Version supports Screen Captures.
After you’ve posted your Printable Trophy or took a Screenshot on Steam, you can use the BACK ARROW to let the End Credits roll. From the End Credits Screen, check out the People who made SPY Fox 3 by clicking on one of the taps on the Left Screen. You can also choose to Play Again by Clicking on the RESTART Button or Exit to Windows by Clicking on the QUIT Button.

Save = Save your Game. A total of 8 Files can be saved at a time. Place the game’s screenshot onto the file you want to save & name your Save File to save your progress. You can overwrite a save by placing its screenshot on the game you saved earlier & name it. This can be done anywhere in the game at anytime.
Load = Load a Saved Game. You can load your Saved game by selecting the screenshot you saved your progress in by clicking on it.
Quit = Exits the Game
MobCom (Mobile Command Center) = Gives you an In-Game Hint or Random Dialogue
Fun = Launchs the “Radioactive Trash Collector” Minigame
13. Secret – Full CD-ROM Install (ScummVM)
Want to play SPY Fox 3 without the CD? Then I’ll show you how to do so.
First, download the ScummVM Emulator here:

Then, follow these steps:
1. Insert your SPY Fox 3 CD into your Disc Drive.
2. Click on QUIT at the autorun.
3. Open the CD
4. Create a new Folder on your C Drive and Name it: “HEGames”.
5. Create a New Folder in your HEGames Folder & Name it “SpyFox3”
6. Copy the SPY Fox 3 CD Files to your SpyFox3 Folder on your Hard Drive.
7. Run the ScummVM Installer & follow the instructions shown.
8. DON’T Open SPY Fox 3 just yet. If you’re using a newer computer,
you’ll need to use the ScummVM Emulator.
9. Open ScummVM
10. Select “ADD GAME”
11. Find the folder where SPY Fox 3 is Installed on your Hard Drive,
select CHOOSE & then select OK.
After that, the game should be added to the ScummVM Library.
12. Highlight SPY Fox 3, then Double-Click on it to start or select START.

F5 = Options Menu (Volume Contol, Show Text/Speech/Both, Subtitle Speed)
. = Skip Line of Text
Esc = Skip Cutscene
Spacebar = Pause Game

Ctrl 0-9 = Load Game Save State 0-9
Alt 0-9 = Save Game State 0-9
Alt X/Ctrl Z = Quit
Alt + Enter = Fullscreen/Windowed Mode
