Overview
As said in my last guide, I’m making a proper guide. Designed for starters. This one will help alot. Trust me.
#1: Introduction
Hello fellow Double Action players, this guide will tell you some tips and techniques you can use.
Basicly this is a short tutorial.
The next Section will explain the controls of the game.
#2: Controls
Mouse 1: Fire.
Mouse 2: Dive/Run up walls.
Mouse 3: Melee/Brawl
Shift: Aim. Only works in 3’rd person, not in first person.
Space: Jump.
Ctrl + Mouse 2: Slide.
C: Slow motion/Super slow motion. You need kills to be able to activate this for a short/long period of time.
X: Swap between 1’st person and 3’rd person. For all those CoD players.
These are the basic controls. Check the Options -> Keyboard to see the rest of the controls.
#3: Style Points
Swag Style points are the main reason you’re killing people. These points will rank you up in the leader board Ingame and Outgame (Like in the menu leaderboard)
Also, if you reach 100% style point capacity, you will be able to use your Ability/Class Perk that you choose at the beginning of each game, this basically increases your stats that the Ability/Class perk is based on. For example; Acrobatic: Double diving range, longer slide, etc.
#4: Techniques
Wallrundive: Wallrun (run up to a wall and press Mouse 2), when the wallrun ends you press Mouse 2 again, resulting in a what i like to call Wallrundive or Vertical Dive. This is good for gaining altitude.
Jumpdive: Self explanatory, you jump with Space then dive with Mouse 2, efficient on the Rooftops map. Good for jumping through windows that are a little higher than your current position.
More to be added as I play/explore the game.
#5: Some Last Words
I do hope this guide was more helpful than my last guide. (How To Score Swag Points)
This guide is WIP. More content will be added as the game progresses/I progress. I have quit guides for a long time and it will probably be a while until I get interested in guides again. The least I’ll do is correct some grammatical issues.
Good luck out there, Action Hero!
2017/05/14: Fixed some grammatical issues.
