what I learned so far. Crafting basics.
Basic Crafting and Equiping
Ok, never made a guide before. Just trying to help. First off when you craft anything at the crafting table you must use F to put materials in the table. Then X to get crafting menu up. Click on spear, every time creates a spear until you are out of materials. Then open inventory I and hit the little + to add to inventory, then confirm. once out of crating screen, use Y to scroll through equipped items. I have only made the axe and spear so far. As for building things, you need the materials in the inventory to build foundations. I made a stone 2 foundation house real fast and a few other things like forge, rain collector ( not sure how to drink from it yet.) large spike traps. I did manage to kill the croc with the spear for food. made a cooking fire and cooked the food. had to use E to pick up the cooked meat. Once it was in inventory, hit the + sign beside cooked meat then consume. I got my hunger to 0 but have yet been able to figure out how to drink from the rain collector. Thats as far as I have gotten so far. Hope it helps others to make a better guide.
