Intro

As the description says, this is a walkthrough to unlock ALL the dungeons in the game. This game is pretty straightforward BUT there are a lot of hidden dungeon plans in the game that will go unnoticed and you’ll have to unlock them within specific Chapters in order to get the “Change Items” or “Add Enemies” plans that accompany them. Failing to unlock the dungeons in time will require an additional playthrough in New Game+ in order to get the plans.

The requirement for the True Ending isn’t the bad compared to the Re;Birth2 or 3 so I wouldn’t worry much about it until the start of Chapter 8. On the other hand, Millionaire is quite a pain and will take most of your time when aiming for 100% achievements with Item Master being the second worst as it requires a ton of credits.

You’ll also need 3072MBs across 2 playthroughs in order to unlock all the CPU Candidates (Rom & Ram share a plan) and their respective plans (30% shares for Planeptune, Lastation and Lowee needed to get them from Ms. Manual during Chapter 8)

I decided to create a save file where you DON’T have to level grind or go on a fetch quest for the dungeon plans and “Add enemies” or “Change items” plans that accompany them. Neptune begins the game at Lv. 98 making Black Heart a complete pushover while making it still possible to get the Lv. 99 achievements with barely any effort.

You’ll also have all the CPU Candidate plans and the required MB’s making it possible to unlock them early on your 1st playthrough.

Inflict over 100,000 damage during your turn.

Initiate a 100-hit combo. A triple Rush Combo set of Plutia’s “Plutie hit!”, Uni’s “Full Clip” and Vert’s “Air Slicer” while using wider ranged weapons should automatically grant over 100 hits without an ex finish if 4 enemies are bunched together. If can be done with every other character as long as your turn is still active which keeps the combo meter going…. or you could use all 3 of the aforementioned characters for some cheap fun. Don’t forget to Fortify Enemies if you’re party is too eariler in the story or during Chapter 8

Achievements (2/2)

Need 1024MB to create plan “The Birth of Nepgear!” which can be acquired in Chap 8 after Planeptune’s shares reach 30%. Next you’ll need a God Soul (Tiamat- Add Enemies) from Neo-Geofront and Planeptune’s shares at 50%

Need 1024MB to create plan “The Birth of Uni!” which can be acquired in Chap 8 after Lastation’s shares reach 30%. Next you’ll need a Magical Reactor 4 (Deus Ex Machina – Add Enemies) from Factory No. 459 and Lastation’s shares at 50%

Need 1024MB to create plan “The Birth of Rom and Ram” which can be acquired in Chap 8 after Lowee’s shares reach 30%. Next you’ll need a Small Whale Ball (Saint Whale- Add Enemies) from M-Frontier Cave and Lowee’s shares at 50%

You can reach Lv.99 by either doing the Polytan DLC Colosseum Battle or defeating Clione at Millenium Labyrinth. You’ll also get this easily while grinding for Millionaire

If you bought Histoire as a DLC character, this next step should be even easier. Since the Colosseum has been lying dormant for quite time, now is the time to destroy some Polytans. Remember to equip Thunderclap rings and Stone Processors on any of the 4 Main Godessess.

Now you can beat them up anytime for some experience and credits before the final fight OR you can go a step further and get the most troublesome achievement out of the way while becoming OP enough to make the final fight a joke. Now your options are

A. Get the game over with while getting and Normal and True Endings from 2 playthroughs
B. Unlocking 1 CPU Candidate (or 2 if you skipped a ton of plans) before starting New Game+
C. The painful path of getting Millionaire out of the way, creating 100 items and unlocking all 4 CPU Candidates during your 2nd playthrough to level all past 99 from 1 battle
