Overview
A Simple Guide To Add Some Razzle Dazzle To Your Games
What Is This?
SweetFX is an image improvement modification utility. It has the capability to alter Contrast, Sharpness, HDR, Bloom, Exposure, it also can add Vignette, Dithering and Sepia effects as well as inject (SMAA) Anti-Aliasing.
When the files are placed in a games directory the tool will inject the preset with minimal to no performance loss (depending on your rig). For more information check out this link: SweetFX[forums.guru3d.com]
What Do I Do?
1. Download the following files: Fable – The Lost Chapters[onedrive.live.com] also check out “Notes.txt” for extra info.
2. Place all files in the directory that contains fable.exe. In this case SteamsteamappscommonFable The Lost Chapters
3. Run the game!
If everything went ok it should be on by default, press the toggle key (in this case ~ or “Tilde” key) to enable or disable the effects. You can also take screenshots by pressing “Print Screen” and all pictures will be saved automatically in the same directory as the game’s executible.

What If It Doesn’t Work?
Here are a few methods that can hopefully fix any issues you might have:
1. Turn off Steam’s in-game “Community Overlay”. Click your Library tab and find the game on your list. Right click and select properties. Uncheck “Enable Steam Community In-Game” option.
2. Make sure you don’t have any “Frame Rate” displaying programs actively running (FRAPS, RivaTuner, MSI Afterburner, TeamSpeak Wolf, ect.).
3. Run fable.exe as administrator by right clicking and selecting “Run As Administrator” option.
4. Disable in-game Anti-Aliasing (AA) and try again.
5. Reboot! Sometimes a simple reboot fixes a faulty driver or .dll thats stuck in memory which can hinder SweetFX.
If none of these methods help, drop a post below explaining your issue, your OS, GPU and any/all steps you’ve already taken.
