A variation on Aphrodite’s lightning rapid shot, we are using storm orb instead.
Gear
Life Guard rune for toughness, when you use it as a rune you can also get “reduced damage from indirect sources” as a minor enchant. Headpiece for Set bonus.
Cosmic Cape for damage scaled off mana. Using it will convert your mana into damage.I have it augmented not all the way on purpose, so we get more barrier from armor rune. Call of the wild allows you to have 3 extra sparkies, wolves and wisps.
We are using all for one set, you can also use amulet of despair and jeapordy, but the skills chosen give enough crit chance to not need jeapordy. Again this is personal preference but despair and jeapordy also work. The static rune gives a damage multiplier to static for every active sparkie
Arrow for set bonus, rune makes shock orb cast from wisps. Since we have 6 wisps and we shoot 4 storm orbs, that makes 28 storm orbs per cast.
armor for set bonus, we are using vestige rune because most of the defense of the build relies on crowd control from paralyze, interrupts from storm orb passive node and snow blast triggers. This gives us a shield that makes sure we wont be one-shot. We won’t take enough sustained damage to benefit from health regen.
Gaia for sheet damage multiplier along with assault rune so shock orb doesn’t cost any mana and we can spam it faster. If you want you can substitute cooldown reduction gems for crit damage, its up to you.
battle boots for extra damage reduction, we don’t need to use a third greater rune slot so we want the winter blast rune. This will be explained later in depth, but it is required.
Ring for all for one set, kingsrock to increase gem strength.
Skills/passives/mastery
We want treant for mana boost and the node that increases evasion.

pretty self explanatory, we want sparkies, wisps and static/lightning rod, shock orb and its passive nodes. We also want the ultimate skill.
We want wolves for damage and crit chance buff, and winter blast. The boots rune makes winter blast cast flash freeze, which will increase your all resist by 20%.
Important passives:
This is especially important, using cold snap will reduce the cooldown all skills by 2 seconds and trigger cold snaps passive of boosting resist by 20%. it also reduces codex cooldown.
