Welcome to Tattletail
Tattletail is a Horror Game by Waygetter Eletronics
The Game Starts 5 days before christmas, with a child that doesn’t wait to open his presents, having as present a Tattletail, a pet creature which has the needs of a human, the creature was inspired from the furbys creatures in real life
Tattletails has a creep story, during a TV spot, Mama Tattletail, a Storyteller toy, started to kill some people, The mama has been retired from shops by the management, unfortunatly, in the child’s house, a copy of mama tattletail was in the house
The Game is, Survive until Christmas, take care of the Tattletails, and avoid Mama tattletail
Characters
Tattletail:
A Tattletail is a little pet Toy in the 1998, famous, social and adorable for kids, he works with battery,
and like a real pet needs to eat and be brushed, he lays eggs that can be found around the map in different events
In the game, there are at maximum 5 Tattletails, all friendly to each other and to the player, but they can be hostile when they speak and mama tattletail is haunting the player
A Tattletail should be almost always equipped in the left hand of the player
Mama Tattletail:
In game, Mama Tattletail has been initially found by the player on the third night, (Second Night for the red glowing eyes) the Tape Reader of the Toy copy was Broken, after that, from third night until christmas, will chase the player hearing sounds that he creates (or the Tattletail) the player should escape Mama Tattletail as far as possible, trying to get rid of her
Rules of the Game
1. Do not make sounds, Running or recharge the Flashlight in uncomfortable situations
(watch the yellow icon to know when you are making sounds)
2. Respect all Tattletales’ needs or he will make sounds to attract mama tattletale,
During mama’s chases if all of the three Tattletale needs are down, the Tattletale will die and Mama Tattletale will jumpscare you
3. All the Tasks are to be completed in order, the code of the game doesn’t allow to do in another way
4. Do not get closer to mama tattletale and stay as far as possible from her, look away from her when you will be really far from her
5. The music ambience can help you to understand the situation that you are going into
6. Tattletales are Friendly, Mama tattletale is not friendly
7. The Jumpscare of mama at the end of the game is forced by the game itself, there is no way to avoid it and there is no different ending
8. Mama could kill you if you stay in the corner of a room, where she could easily block your way
9. Mama tattletail is scary as hell

The child will wake up from his bed then his first task is to open his christmas present, it’s in a room of the basement, open it, then open the box to receive the tattletail

You did noticed that the Tattletail is a Cute but annoying toy, his sounds will attract mama tattletail when she hunts you

In this Night, The Child hears a sound from the Basement, which is the Washing Machine and something was inside, The Tattletale, how could it have ended there?
The tattletail could have been left active from the last night, needs a charge, in the basement there is a Tattletale charger, click and hold to charge
Tattletale will ask you to play with him, find a vase to play (unknown why?) then, you broke it, and lights will start losing power, then NOTICE THAT TATTLETALE IS SCARED OF THE DARK pick the flashlight on a shelf and then you go out of the basement room,
in the center of the basement you notice two red eyes NOTICE: from this moment until you put the Tattletale to his box again, he may rarely say “Mama is Scary” or “You are in a big trouble” giving hint to the player who is the monster in this game before he knows that, then you put the Tattletale back into his box and then you go to the Bed NOTICE: you notice when you go near the bedroom that someone is knocking at the Entrance door, unfortunately you can’t see it from the window of the living room, not even the bedroom one, giving hint to the player that it might be Mama Tattletale, since she is small like the other Tattletales
General Story: Chapter 3 [Difficulty: Easy]
In this Chapter the child hears a grinding noise coming from the basement, pick the Flashlight and go in the basement
Going down to the basement, go to the basement room where an old chair is in the room, then you
turn right, you find mama tattletail
Insert the tape into mama and you will hear:
“the child thorught that mama would never find them
as long as she can free them
turn the page
but mama could still hear the children
the mama went right to them
turn the page
but mama found the children
and put right back to them”
After that, The Child takes the Tattletail, he asks to bring him to mama, but when he returns to the Basement Room, She’s gone, the Tattletail asks: “Where is mama?” eh, well, we don’t know either, do you?
After that, Tattletail says that he’s tired and the Child put him back in the box, but the nightmares weren’t ended, the child was sended to clean up Tattletail’s mess, here starts the challenge, he’s on his own, the lights go off and there is a killer on the loose! which is mama tattletail, however, if the player has fear to go there, no problem!, the lights will turn on and mama will retreat in a matter of a minute,
Now, go to sleep as always
General Story: Chapter 4 [Difficulty: Normal+]
Wake up and Pick up the Flashlight, then, the child hears a noise on the garage, go investigate, go to the garage through the backdoor, when you reached the garage, you will see your Tattletail and another one chatting
Pick up your Tattletail and then when you are ready, Click the Yellow Tattletale to Start the Hide & Seek Game NOTICE: THE YELLOW ONE WILL LAY AN EGG WHEN HE DISAPPEARS, HE WILL DO THIS ALL THE TIMES THAT HE DISAPPEARS
In the First Round, The child needs to Survive 30 seconds while the yellow one is hiding, in the same time, Mama will do a Blackout and starts to hunt the player, Take what you have learned and survive, when the 30 seconds ends, Lights will go back on and Mama goes away, You can now find the Friend without Mama hunting you, Find the Yellow Tattletail
Solution: It’s Hiding under the Christmas Tree
After that, when you’re ready for the Second Round, press the Yellow one again,
TIP: REFILL ALL OF YOUR TATTLETAIL’S NEEDS BEFORE STARTING THE NEXT ROUND
This time, the Round is about 1 minute, survive again, The Mama will hunt the player
Tattletail may need to refill his needs in the meantime, be sure to fill them all or it will be harder to survive, After 1 minute, Mama goes away and lights will be back on again, Find the Yellow One
Solution: Is hiding in the child room’s closet
and again, The Last Round be sure to refill your Tattletail’s needs and Start the Game, this time
you need to survive 1 minute and 30 seconds, the hardest one to survive, and Tattletail wants his needs, so be sure to not stay in the corner of a room, where Mama could easily block your way,
After that, Same thing, lights will be back on and you still need to find the Yellow One
Solution: Is in the Basement, on the same place where Mama was on the Third Chapter
After you tag the yellow one, pick the VHS tape near it, and go to the child bedroom and put the VHS inside the TV

General Story: Chapter 5 [Difficulty: Cutscene]
This Chapter is a Cutscene, The VHS tape shows the Entire Tattletail Commercial’s Cameras, you can switch them pressing the Camera Titles, On the Tape there are some Tattletails, Mama Tattletail, and Two humans, One on the Storage doing work (or something else?) the other one found dead (killed by Mama Tattletail) behind the Tattletail Box, On the Tape you can try to figure out something about the Lore, but the time to watch the tape is limited,
Here are some of the Mama’s Locations:
General Story: Chapter 6 [Difficulty: Medium+]
On this night, Tattletale will come to your room and will keep saying “wake up wake up wake up”,
After picking him up, Tattletail will say that he wants to do a party for the mama!, in simple words, he has a plan to ban mama, and needs the human’s help, go to the basement, you need to use the other door, go out of the house and open the basement door, enter the basement and place the Tattletale on the Charger,
Then, go to the Christmas tree and open the Present, pick the Yellow One, then, after you pick him up you need to Brush him or he will be an alarm sound for mama, If the basement door inside the house is open, get inside it and go to the other Tattletails before mama gets you, then put it in one of the two chairs
Next Tattletail, the blue one is on the garage, always inside a present, he needs to eat, so go inside the house and pick the Food inside, then go to the basement using the short way and reach the other Tattletails, Put it on the chair
Now that the Friends are “Invited” pick your Tattletail and go to pick Decorations and Food,
Mama is still hunting you so remember to respect purple one’s needs
FIRST, go pick the pancakes, they are on the Table, take it and then back to the basement to place it
SECOND, the lights! go take it from the christmas tree and then back to the basement
THIRD, candles! pick it from the kitchen counter, and then when you return to the basement, You found all things organized, place the candles, Place the Tattletail, Rewind the VHS and Start the Show!
End of the Chapter, Party Continues in the Next Chapter
General Story: Chapter 7 [Difficulty: Hard]
In this Chapter, the Day is the Same, the only thing you need to do is protect the Ritual, then, Mama will stole the Candles and hide them in vases, you need just to find them all around the Basement, be careful, mama still moves, it should be the hardest level of the game, then, after you found them, place and light the candles,
Then, when the VHS is in the air, DESTROY IT!
After that, the Tattletails are back in the box, BE CAREFUL, IF YOU WANT TO HAVE THE SPECIAL OFFER ACHIEVEMENT, IF THE PHONE RINGS, ANSWER IT then go to bed

General Story: Chapter 8 [Normal Ending] [Difficulty: End Cutscene]
Christmas Day, this time, go out of your bed and open your present near the Christmas Tree
And Then…
There is an alternative Ending, see “Secret Ending”

Secret Ending [SPOILERS]

The Golden Waygetter Flashlight Lasts longer!
Description:
If you did all of the required things, on Christmas day open your present, mama will NOT appear, instead, the Player’s Cute Tattletail (PCT) (I like the name i gived to him) appears to be in the present and gives you a gift, After you read the Tag, the present will appear, giving you a Golden Flashlight, The player can play with the flashlight in the room, even if there is light, then, knock on mom’s door to wake her up, then, the screen comes white and the game ends
Unfortunatly, there is no image of the human mom, seems like the 3D model isn’t developed,
Achievements
Chapter Achievements:
Simple, Complete Nights and Night parts to unlock an achievement (you will gain 8 if you complete the game)
Presents for you!
Collect all the Eggs (22 eggs) in the game that can be found depending about when and where
A guide for the Eggs is not avaiable here yet
What else did you expected?
1. Chapter 4 You should be in the part where the Yellow Tattletail hides and you should survive from mama for 1-1/2 minutes, then,
2. go to mom’s room and knock on it, the door is near the basement door inside the house
3. Enter inside and stay in until you get Jumpscared by mama tattletail
4. You should receive the achievement when you return to menu

2. continue the game and after you banish mama, after the ritual, the phone will ring
3. answer it on that moment

How to get in the Secret Cameras? well, first, get the good ending and finish the Game! you need to see your Tattletail’s Code tag, after you see it, remember it, when you finish the game, click “Select Level” and select chapter 5 where is the tape on, press the numbers in order using cameras buttons and then, tape will stop and you can access the secret camera
