Overview
Are you tired of the countless amount of crashes ? long loading times ? Or just not even being able to play “Haunted Castle” or “Thunder Deck ?” This Guide will be may useful for you then. I promise you wont regret to have leave a look here.
Foreword
The following Solution im about to tell you WONT probably work for everyone, because its connected to each’s ones System Properties. So please dont throw Hate at me if it doesnt work. But i promise you, that most People willl benefit from this Guide.
Why all the Crashes and long Loading Times ?
To keep it short, Team Sonic Racing does surprisingly have a LOT of Data to load in the Background. Many People do consider the Origin of most of these Crashes or Network Errors is the Network itself, and though its not a complete Lie, the true reason is more simple than most do think, its because of your RAM Capacity. The best Example in this case is our beloved crash-loving Track Haunted Castle. The reason why especially this track does crash so often, is because its the biggest TSR Track to load into the RAM. Leave a Look at the Picture down there to see by youself how much it takes to load this Track. Keep in Mind that this Track is loaded at highest Game quality (High).
As you can see, this Track does require over 4300 – 4500 mb. For people who do own a RAM Module with either 4 or 8 GB, its might be problematic, because depending on what other Background Tasks your PC is running (such as performance taking Anti Virus applications, any Internet Browser or even something like Musik Player and Chat Applications like Discord) your RAM might have not enough free space anymore and does deny the Game to extend its data which has the following Resutls of a Crash most of the Time.
But hold on, how can other People play this Game more smooth than others then if they share the same amount of RAM Capacity ? The Answer does lies in the System Configuration, which will be explained in the next Section.
So what to do ?
Before youre now about to buy new RAM modules to extend your Capacity, i need to stop you there. The Solution i do offer you is just to configure a “Virtual RAM”. Many People didnt even know about this, but yeah its possible to use some free space of your Hard Drive as Virtual RAM. And before you ask, no, you cant get now 500 GB of RAM by using your Hard Drive, it does also has his Limitations, which im not about to expain here why now, since i dont want to get too much into technical Explanations. However it is possible to use a certain amount of free Space of your Hard Drive as Virtual RAM to extend your Capacity. There is a big Difference between a real RAM and the Virtual RAM though. The Virtual RAM will never ever work as fast and efficent like a real RAM Module. By configuring a Virtual RAM, you give the System just access to store more cache files on the Hard Drive instead of only in the RAM. A Virtual RAM however does read and write the data much slower than a normal RAM, which means you shouldnt rely on it to run all the newest Games. A real RAM Module will be ALWAYS better in every Aspect. But still, it might help you at certain Times out. like in our Case with Team Sonic Racing now.
Configuring the Virtual Memory for your System
I will show you step by step now how to set the properly your Virtualy Memory up [Windows 7, 8, 8.1, 10], without to go too much into detail at some point. If you still have any Questions, you are free to contact me, so i will try to help you out as good as i can.

More Info
Keep in mind though, depending on how many Processes you do run in the Background, it might still crash, i do highly recommend to play Team Sonic Racing without to keep other Applications open which do consume a huge amount of RAM. Musik Player and Chat Apps like Discord are for most cases okay to use though while playing TSR. If you still have some questions left, feel free to leave a comment.
