Are those coordinates frustrating you? Too confusing? Well I got a Lyf Hack for you!
Oh Yeah!
Place down any item, doesn’t matter, literally.
Click the item with your Left Mouse Button once to bring up the Gizmos tool.
The set of X, Y, Z under Position at the top-right tells you exactly in the world the item is.
Copy that X, Y, and Z down to a text document or screenshot it.
( If you choose to screenshot, navigate to this folder, or wherever your steam is installed to wherever the path is different, screenshots are stored locally here.)

Enter the X, Y, Z into your teleporter’s target destination. ( I rounded to the nearest ones place, though if you want that EXACT location, obviously copy/paste all of the coordinate.)
