Overview
This Guide is mostly for me to keep track with all the cheats i can use, but still stay legit-ish
Introduction
I know these cheats mainly originate from Fallout: New Vegas
But im pretty sure that these same cheats can be used within Fallout 3
Not sure about the other games.
God Mode
Looking to be and overpowered god??
tgm
Toggles on/off god mode, which makes the player invincible to all damage, provides unlimited ammo, carrying capacity and AP. Items do not degrade.
Teleportation
Can’t get anywhere? Want to get into a room where somebody is just to get something secretly?
player.moveto <ref_id>
Moves you across the map to an NPC.
Free Camera/Pause
Wanna look at something a little bit better in detail? Use your spirit!
tfc
Toggle on/off the free camera, allowing you to move the camera anywhere you please. Use tfc 1 to pause the game too.
Remove HUD
For the best screenshots! Or other things..?

Toggle on/off menus and HUD.
Increase Lighting
Make the dark shine like your pipboy screen! Which isn’t very bright…

Toggle on/off lightbrite mode, which increases lighting in dark areas.
Give Items
Please god! Please devil! Give me the item!
player.additem <base_id> <amount>
Adds an item to your inventory. Items will be at ‘full health’ and undamaged.

Free Repair
Fix your stuff wherever you want! But with sufficient money 😛
player.srm
Opens the Repair Menu, which allows the player to use their Repair skill to fix items. The menu works like a merchant repair trade, but payment will be given back to the player.
NPC Controls
resethealth Brings an NPC back to full health.
kill Makes an NPC die.
resurrect Brings an NPC back from the dead. (Will also reroll their inventory, so previously owned items may disappear.)
Levelling
Change your level, add perks and become a master within seconds!!
Command
player.addperk <variable>
Adds a perk or a trait to your character.

showtraitmenu
Opens a menu to change player traits.

player.advlevel
Advances your character by one XP level.

player.setlevel <#>
Set the overall level of your character.

player.rewardKarma <#>
Adds a specified amount of Karma to the player character.
Reputation
Gonna have to like me now, because i typed something…
player.setreputation <place id> <0-1> <0-100>
sets reputation for the chosen place
to use this command properly you can just simply use player.setreputation <place id>
The 0 in the <0-1> is your negative rep and the 1 is your positive rep.
In order to set a place to have the maximum positivity, you need to set the negative rep to 0 and visa versa
