Hola compañeros de la comunidad, si estan en esta guia significa que tienen el mismo problema que yo tuve al reinstalar the division.Yo jugue the division por mas de 30 horas en windows 7 pero al pasarme a windows 8.1 el juego ya no funciono, se cerraba al instante.Todos los juegos de steam/uplay tienen los archivos(drivers, dlls, visuales c++) necesarios para que el juego funcione y asi el jugador no tenga que instalarlos manualment. Pero resulta que nuestros amigos de ubisoft fueron un poco vagos y no los pusieron todos. PD: Se recomienda entrar en steamappscommonTom Clancy’s The Division_CommonRedistvcredist y verficiar que los Visuales c++ esteb instalados. Si ya estan instalados se recomienda abrirlos de nuevo y darle a “reparar”
Pueden descargar el microsoft visual c++ 2013 de aqui. Todo esta comprobado por mi mismo.

Despues de instalar el microsoft c ++ 2013 el juego funcionara de nuevo. yo probe esto personalmente y me funciono.
Los veo en Manhattan agentes (⌐■_■)–︻╦╤─
PD: Se pueden dar cuenta de porque es necesario el microsoft c ++ 2013 si ejecutan el .exe del juego directamente y no desde steam/uplay
