Overview
This one it´s a simple english guide. Hope this guide can be useful in your playthrough. If you see something wrong, leave a comment.
Important things you need to know
– Every character has a unique skill for use while wandering around the world (and looking for fights):
Sikong Yu can hit the enemy, so the battle will start with advantage for you, while the enemy will be paralyzed for few seconds.
Muyue can stay invisible for 9 seconds and avoid enemies. Keep in mind if you are invisible, you can´t take action (open chest, talk with people). If a enemy see you changing to invisible state, the enemy will persue you; if you touch the enemy, he will detect you too.
Fengyu can assalt the enemy, so the battle will start with enemy with less hp (only normal enemy, dont work in map boss)
Ziqiao skill is more teature (they meant treasure, but we can forgive that one), hit the enemy and after the battle, will get more items
– Every char has special attack. After u reach a certain LV, go to skill window and see the comb for attack. Usually this attack is more powerful and deal more damage.
– Every char has different move speed : Fengyu>Sikong≈Ziqiao>Muyue
– Every character has unique sidequest, so if you see the NPC with ! in their head, talk to him. If a he won´t give the quest, change to another char and keep trying.
– Check chest number in your map screen
– The chest puzzle is very easy, just complete the word; usually they are cabbage, bug, burglar, student…
– Some place has orange point where you can collect item
– Some places you can back again to complete the map, such as Ji Mountain, Mountainside Bamboo Grove
– Don´t forget to use Aqi to capture monster; captured monster can use as guardian (the guardian will provide environment changes in battle or summon the guardian to deal damage in enemy) or use to mix in urn. You can´t use map boss for exp.
– For capture monster, you need reduce their hp first or if you have a high LV, just call Aqi and capture the monster. You can´t capture map boss, but after you defeat the boss, you can use the boss as guardian.
– If you see a little orange point in your map, it´s the map boss location. Only go him if you have a high HP, they are strong. LV 50 and hp above 150000
– Use urn to create items
– Enter in every shop from every city to buy recipes
– Green exp.: how many exp you added
– Red exp.: how many exp you exceeded
– Keep checking cities and your menu to see currently sidequest.
– Some quests i don´t remember many details, so i get info directly from game quest section
– Quests status:
1) can receive: you can get quest now
2) condition uncompleted: you missed something (you can´t do the quest in moment; try again in another moment)
3) can report: you can report the quest
4) time out: you can´t do the quest anymore.

– LB/RB to change walking character; that will choose which char will take action (and their skill as well)
– Start: acess menu
– Back: skip in cutscene
– X: use char skill

In battle:
– LB: change battlefield element (wind, water, fire or earth); press LB and directional pad to select element
– RB: change to magic skill; press X, Y, A, B to use skill
– X: press to use HP restoration item; press d-pad as well to select which char you want cure
– Y: press to use Mana restoration item; press d-pad as well to select which char you want restore mana
– A/B: basic skill
– LT: summon your guardian to battle (need Aqi urn).
– RT: change target

In my playthrough, i found few strange monster, i don´t know what this mean:
– Fox monster in Ji Mountain: “i want eat, you look delicious” or something similiar
– Hanwa in Dreammoss Forest Front: “What am i? You will choose between Demon or Devil”, if you choose devil, he´ll talk you is idiot and will fight. If you choose demon, he´ll talk you is smart and will eat you.
– Night guard patrol in Dreammoss Forest Rear: “What is hard to chew, want know?”; my answer is i want know and he spoke: bones. And the fight begin.
– Fumu Monster in Snowmelt Forest: don´t pick fight with he; he´ll give materials
Some monster can appear again, they are random.

In Huaxu, talk with mysterious light and you need pass another trial. The light will bring you to Realm of Thought and solve 3 puzzles, they´re:
1 place and 1 puzzle: click where is circulated (red line). One of your friends need stay here, i choose Fengyu
2 place and 2 puzzle: click where is circulated (green line first and red line after). One of your friends need stay here, i choose Ziqiao
3 place and 3 puzzle: click where is circulated two time (red line). One of your friends need stay here, i choose Muyue
You also can use hero slate to weaken the boss later.
Talk and battle with your ancestor. He´ll give you a choice to make everything as dream (your sister, mother, everyone from village is alive; and end the game here) or refuse and continue saving the world.
Ziqiao Questline (4 main quest, divided in 12 subquest)

In Xiayi, talk with Fan Yuan (other side of village, in direction of Underworld Marsh); he´ll talk that feel he is the unlucky man alive

Back to the kids and they are in trouble; save them and finish the quest
Starting the game – Youxiong Village
Watch cutscene and you´ll start your game in Youxiong Village. Here have 4 chests
2 quests here; others are Yu´s quest.
– Find Plums for Huan; you can find them in Unnamed Hill
Reward: Posuo Fruit x 3
– Talk to Ziyi in village; accept the quest; go to Songqiu house and talk with he; get the hairpin; talk with Ziyi again.
Reward: Rain Flower Pendant x 1
Mountainside Bamboo Grove
After you learn how to fight (beat the uncle), explore the place to farm exp and find 5 chests.
Enemy camp
After your sister is captured by enemy, go to enemy camp to rescue her. In enemy camp you´ll meet Ziqiao (she´ll help in battle for while) and Muyue (sleeping beauty). Here have 5 chests, get all, because you can´t back here later.
Unnamed Hill
Go to great tree for cutscene or explore around
Here have 5 chest
And check the orange point to get plum to complete sidequest in Youxiong Village
The @sshole of Zaihu is the enemy boss, but your sister think he´s a good guy
Unnamed Realm
After you watch the cutscene in great tree in Unnamed hill, you will came to here. Here have 4 chests. Explore around and prepare for a boss battle
Dimensional world
After you back to your village, complete the last Youxiong quest and go to another cutscene to enter in Dimensional World. Here have nothing to do, just keep walking and will have another scene.
Snowmelt Forest
Here you can start control other character and learn how to use Aqi to capture monster. Also will meet Fengyu. Don´t fight with map boss unless you have a high hp. 6 chests in this location
Fuyuan
Chest location (have 5 here)
5 quests here, they´re:
– Talk to Lier, she´ll talk that won´t marry; go to talk with her father; return to Lier to clear the misunderstanding.
Reward: Witch´s Hair Knot x 1
– Use Sikong Yu. Listen him until the end.
Reward: 1000 exp
– Use Muyue and talk with Qi; give she 1000 coins
Reward: 3000 exp
– Chat with Grandpa Gu once in a while; keep talking with him after events, chapter and eventually will complete
Reward: none
– Talk with Ko (near to construction area); take the message to Pi (near to other exit)
Reward: Silk Wrapped Gourd x 1
Ji Mountain
5 chest here and boss battle, he´s strong, your level need be at least 19.
Xiahuang Golden Gorge
Here you´ll meet Ziqiao again and here have 6 chest
Dreammoss Forest Front
Farm exp and find chest (5 chest)
Dreammoss Forest Rear
6 chest to find and another boss battle. Here Fengyu will betray you, but he had reason for do this
You can´t get all chest. Come back here after the cutscene about Dream World.

– Talk to Jie Er (she suffer social phobia). Keep talking with she, change char and talk again, go to make more quests and talk with she until complete the quest (i complete using Yu)
Reward: Soul Calling Armband x 1
– Answer uncle Bai´s question about wine (choose Fengyu for this); If i´m not wrong, the answer are (not in order, because the question order can change.):
– Talk to the grandma; collect river water (near to Yihe Town exit); bring to she.
Reward: 5000 exp
– Play themed solitaire
Reward: none
Bilin Swamp

DragonFly Valley

After few cutscene, you´ll back to Yihe Town where Ziqiao will be kinapped . Go to rescue and will see a nice scene Yu badass

Qumeng

– Talk with Soldier Liang (the guy with cats) (use Ziqiao for this); go to Xiayi and talk with his lover; return to Qumeng and talk with he again.
Reward: Heavenly Grass Knot x 1
Loess River Valley
This place is divided in two parts and have 7 chest:
Map 1: 3 chest
Map 2: 4 chest
You can get all chests and save everyone, for this, you need save everyone first. If you choose treasure, the little girl will be angry with you.
To save everyone, in Map 2 use the wood and build a bridge and talk to the girl. She´ll say that only will leave if her grandma is save too. So back to Map 1 and save everyone (leave the chests for later). After you saved the grandma, talk to the girl and she´ll leave. When you save someone, they will give you woods to build bridge, so don´t worry. And don´t forget to save the kid in isolated place (for this use the device):
After you saved everyone, fight with boss, watch the cutscene and cross the bridge to get the last three piece of wood. Now you can get all chests!
For other chest, use this device:
Attencion: if want collect chests and save people in same time, leave this chest for last!
Xiayi

– Choose Ziqiao and help Xuge how to court woman (he want get chief daughter attencion). Another need to wait quest

– Talk with Kui Bei Qi; go to Underworld Marsh (i think it´s here); capture 7 paoxiao

– talk to the strange guy (with spike head and mask, he´s head is alike with sonic, see the first image below) in Xiayi. After this, go to map and you can acess DOMO

Underworld Marsh

Don´t be fooled by mimic (chest monster), just check the map the real chest location
1 puzzle solution: very easy, click in misplaced pipe
2 puzzle: this one is already solved, i do not have a good shot, so see the water direction
DOMO Studio (3 quest)
DOMO is a special place in the game. To acess here, talk to the strange guy (with spike head and mask, he´s head is alike with sonic, see the image below) in Xiayi.
He´ll ask many items, see the quest “Planning Team Mission” in Xiayi
After you get all items, talk to strange guy and DOMO will appear in map. Here have 3 quests. Some NPC has a icon in their head and other not, talk with them

This place is divided in two parts, with 2 chest outside and 4 chest in the city

8 chest here. Some place you need search for stair to acess upper floor to reach the chest
