Overview
Alright! So to get this Achievement; you need to get an AI to respect you and fear you at the same time by maxing them out. My way took 243 turns due to grabing Harmony as my official Affinity tier while going for hybrids.How i did it:Played as KP for the 30% reduction of energy and culture cost of city plots.Used +2 science as my Scientists to get my Tiers faster.Randomized spacecraft(usefull if you get Tectonic Scanner most of the time). Chosed Hydroponics to boost all of my stuff and get Pioneering faster to build more cities.Randomized any planet of choice.Map size I chose was small-Standard.Virtues I started out with: Industry for the 10% production on buildings and +15% for production on wonders. Next was Knowledge for Foresight and Field research for science boosts for expeditions.Then i go all out for Might but didnt grab Joint operations. I mostly look to get my Virtues on culture and science boosts as possible.While doing all of this, try to build cities in water to get resources to build buildings/wonders and units. In the meantime go for National Science foundation(this agreement will help you get Tech branches you want done faster), Think Tanks(useful to get Virtues alot faster. Cooperating is 15%; allied is 20%) very useful. Also get National Parks (awesome culture boost If you have the Might Double rescources Virtue active. +2 for Strategic rescources when coop; +3 when allied). Estate Tax is a great boost for energy when playing as KP. so get that if any of the AI’s adopt it.Finally get National Land Management.(Just like National parks when you have Double rescources Virtue active) +2 production when Coop, +3 when allied. very useful to get buildings and wonders done faster and to get your military up and running like a boss.Now the personality Traits i chosed for KP was Enlightened, Innovative and Practical(all at Tier 3). This was a huge Speedrun to get this damned achievement my way. but it all paided out in the end. to get max fear on any AI; you need to have a stronger and bigger Military by or in their borders to show that your not to be messed with.
