0 Simple intro
-2d Settings = Ulta & increase POV
-3d Setting = Mouse Sensitiviy minimum, track headset YES
-Use recenter like snap turning.

1. Open game in flatscreen mode. with VR mode off.
2. In menu set options display to Ulta.
3. Increase FOV I used (—-)

5. Use controller, I used Steam Controller default. (there is no touch and in fact the steam controller is better.

1. Enter VR mode Keyboard Cltr+L or (Left + Right back tab buttons)
2. Under options change sensitivity to minimum or one off minimum
-Other wise right trackpad turning will make you sick. turning real slow is ok.
3. Slect Head tracking : This way you will move in the direction you look. this is smooth not like turning with trackpad.
4. The Right back tab recenters, this is like snap turning, so if you look left press RTP the camera will snap likewise look to your left. Its not perfect but better than having to slow rotate with sickening artifacts.

After changing the settings, I played the game through in 1 season.
