If you want to multibox, you need to access the games .exe file via the STEAMapps>Common>DOAK folder (easy to right-click steam icon, and hit [go to file location]
If you want Crazy killer, fire up 5 alts to level 20 (in the opposite kingdom of your main, obviously), and make them follow an alt in the group. I found this takes roughly 1 hour and 15 mins to battle-aid yourself to 20.
Go to a spawn point accessible from hell (I prefer Hills of Adventurers by breezy portal. As long as the alt everyone is following is dead, the other alts will return from hell for you to kill them over and over. You can set your battle aid to spam an AoE with a monster targeted/or be near one, so you can AFK farm the title as it takes about 3-4 hours to do. As long as the alts have battle-aid enabled with the function to resurrect from hell activated, it costs no coins and can be used for all kinds of title farming!
You can use a leveled alt team to farm skeleton kings and bypass the cash shop all the way to +9. You can also use the alts to afk farm runes in goblin instance in the Hills of Adventurers with
respawning mobs, giving you massive runepower without having to spend any $$$.
