Overview
This is how to change your aim settings in Blood Dragon. This changes your aim setting so you don’t have to hold down the right mouse button to aim in. You only toggle it on and off with your right mouse button.
Toggle Aim
Search in your “Documents” folder for your GamerProfile XML document.

Now search for the line – IronsightToggleMode=”0″
Change the value 0 for 1 – IronsightToggleMode=”1″
