I’m here to describe the trading quest to you! Yes, this game has one like it’s Animal Crossing or something. You’ll get a helpful item and an achievement for your troubles.

Explanation

This is a trading quest to get an item called the Lucky Chax Doll. It’s a helpful little item that acts as a magnet for treasure! You’ll want this to help you on getting on those pesky A ranks. You can actually complete this quest as soon as you have access to the town.

The Trading Quest, Step by Step

At the food court, there’s a red bird seated at one of the tables. He wants you to talk to Mouthface, who is directly to the left. Talk to Mouthface three times and she’ll give you a little onigiri wearing a hat. Give the “rice donut” to the bird and he’ll give a red pepper.

Go talk to the girl running the maid cafe. She’ll give you some money for the pepper. Then go give this money to the gold skeleton man and gain a receipt. Afterwards, go to the very end of the town.

After the food joint, there’s a bathroom door you can interact with. Give the mysterious voice the paper and you’ll get a book. Return the book to the axolotl girl sitting on the well. You’ll receive a key.

Go to the police jail. If you want, you can open the desk on the top right for some bonus text. To continue the trading, talk to Bernadette. She’ll give you a lollipop, which you can give to the cat girl.

The cat girl wants the Fairy Queen’s autograph, so you’ll have to leave town for the Fairies Domain to get it. Give the autograph to the cat, and she’ll give you a claim slip. Give the slip to Mouthface and you’ll get the Lucky Chax Doll!
