Overview
This guild shows how to exploit the game AI inherit strategy weakness. It will help you win the game with little frustration.

This is not a cheat guild. This is a strategy guild exploiting the AI inherit strategy weakness.
Tastee AI is extremely good. The AI as far as I know doesn’t cheat. It is by far one of the strongest non-cheating AI I played in a while. The developers should proud of themselves. Only .9% actually beat the game showing how strong the AI is and the frustration of many players experienced.
Like many of you I had a lot of problem beating the AI in the first 10 campaign matches. The AI is almost always in constant moving, covering corners, and flanking. It is the AI strong points but also it major weakness.
What I notice through the replays of games I beaten against the AI is it lost in a gunfight when 2 of my men vs 1 AI threat. In 90% of the case I win the fight without losing a men in 2 vs 1. My two men were able to kill the enemy before the AI can get of a shot off or get the killing blow of one my men. This is the inherit weakness of the AI, it spread to thin. The AI have a good chance of beating 1v1 but it strategy starts to breakdown against 2v1. At 3v1 you will always win within without taking any damage that because all AI have enemies 3 health bar. When all three of your men fired simultaneously it will instantly kill the AI threat.
Short Version TL:DR
I use 3 Gunmen and Hindenburg in most of the missions. There might be time I use 2 Gunmen (Bodark and Danton), Shotgun (Hoser), and Grenadiers (Hindenburg or Hudson). Or 3 Gunmen and Shotgun (Hoser).
1. Group the three gunman together and move them in unison.
2. Have Hindenburg (or the 4th party member) launch grenades to cover the rear or help a push.
Long Version
Group 3 of your team members together on the first turn (same spot or very close to each other). The fourth member act as a flank protector. Moving your three members in unison will always win in a 3 vs 1 non-grenadiers threat. Fortunately AI grenadier tactics aren’t strong so it is very rare for AI grenadier to kill your 3 men grouping. In a 3v2 fight as long as your men is able to kill the one shot kill threat first (shotgun and sniper), you will take damage but not enough to kill any of your team members. If you know high concentration of enemies near your route it best to have Hindenburg to clean them out while at the same time pushing forward with your 3 group members.
My main team is all 3 gunmen and Hindenburg. Gunman have longer range than shotgun but does 1 damage per shot. Gunman to have a better chance of killing snipers due to the longer range. 3 gunmen vs 1 sniper the gunmen will win 10 out of 10 times without a member getting kill. There is enough shot blocker to make sniper have the same range as gunman thus negating the sniper main advantage. Hindenburg is use to cover the rear or help in a forward push. Most of the matches Hindenburg is the MVP in terms of kills.
Use sprint or wait to help your team group up together. Use stop and fire command in the group to maintain unison and not walk pass the enemy in corners. Sprint should be use to help cross gaps and open terrains. I often use sprint to beat the bonus time limit. Sprint can help dodge bullets. For example: at the start of the round the enemy have a beat on one of your man. If you know you can’t win the fight use sprint get get out of the line of fire. Use Sprint to get out of the grenade blast area. Just remember to turn off sprint once out of the danger zone. 90% of the time I never turn off sprint on my Grenadier because you have to manually direct the grenadier grenade.
The wait command can help you time your attacks with your grenade attacks.
Your team must be in constant movement if possible. This force the AI to keep guesting your location and help minimize flanking threats. Hindenburg should launch grenades every turn possible to cover your rear. Don’t waste movement points using your ability of your gunman (sensor and flash grenade). I rarely use the ability and If I do it is because I have some movement points to waste.
Alternative team mix is 2 Gunmen (Bodark and Danton), Shotgun (Hoser), and Grenadiers (Hindenburg or Hudson). Or 3 Gunmen and Shotgun (Hoser). Sniper is pretty useless in the game due to all the shot blockers and slow fire rate.
It is important at the start of the game to set a route to your end objective. The correct route means all your guy survive and get the maximum score. An incorrect route can lead to team death.

On your first turn group your character on the same spot or close to each other. Move them in unison throughout the mission.

Notice I use sprint to maximize movement points to get as far as possible. Also remember to turn off sprint when moving through corners.

Tastee have one of the strongest non-cheating AI I played in a long time. It strong points is also it major weakness and can be exploited for easy wins.
