Types of players in the game’s multiplayer.
Introduction
The following guide will cover all the types of players you will meet in Ace Combat 7 multiplayer and rank their skill level and rarity. If you enjoy please thumbs up and favorite. Enjoy.
F-16 Noob
Our first player type is the F-16 noob. This is the player that just got the game and hopped straight into multiplayer. They fly an F-16 and often use the novice controls. This type of player is just easy points, and they will likely not get a single kill in the whole game. If you’re a new player, do the campaign first or you will be laughed at.
Skill level: Beginner
Rarity: Uncommon. Usually only one every couple of games, and they leave after the first round.
Mihaly Wannabe
This type of player just did the campaign for the first time and wants to be just like Mihaly. They fly usually fly the Su-30SM or the X-02S Strike Wyvern and equip it with an EML. If they don’t have either of those planes, they will try to fly something with an EML or a different Sukhoi plane. Usually these guys aren’t very good, but sometimes they really are as good as Mihaly. You can spot them by looking for one of the planes Mihaly flies, usually flying it stupidly and acting very bold.
Skill level: Noob – Pro
Rarity: Common. Nearly every match has one.
QAAM Spammer
If you have ever played multiplayer you probably know this one. The F-22 that flies in circles around the main fight shooting QAAMs into the fray at insane speeds. It’s almost always an F-22, but it can be other planes with QAAMs as well. Usually these guys aren’t very good, and you can engage them and kill them with relative ease.
Skill level: Noob – Moderate
Rarity: Common. Nearly every match has one.
Sensible QAAM User
This player uses QAAMs, but they use them fairly. They don’t spam and they don’t just fly in circles. They actually dogfight with you and wait for good opportunities to fire their missiles. This is a respectable player that you don’t mind fighting.
Skill level: Moderate – pro
Rarity: Rare. You are lucky to see one.
PSM Showoff
This player recently discovered how to use PSMs, and is extremely eager to show off their new skill to everyone. They will PSM as much as they can, even if it is not advantageous. They will never be outside a PSM capable plane, and will always be in the center of the fray. They are usually easy to kill with a quick HVAA as they have no energy to evade it.
Skill level: Noob – Moderate
Rarity: Uncommon. Usually one every couple of games.
EML Sniper
This player is absolutely in love with the EML. They will always use a plane with it and try to snipe people. This player type has a lot of variety, half of these people have no idea how to aim, while the other half will never miss a target. The best way to kill them is with long range weaponry like LAAMs and HVAAs, as they usually stay at low speeds. You can also get up close behind them where the EML can’t hit you. If this player is in your game always keep moving and turning, and stay at high speeds.
Skill level: Either noob or pro, there is no in between.
Rarity: Uncommon. Usually one every couple of games.
BVR Ninja
This player stays at long range and uses a plane with stealth and any long range weaponry. They fly at high speeds and high altitudes and are almost impossible to find and kill. If they are found they will just speed away and hidden again. These dudes are seriously tough
Skill level: Moderate – pro
Rarity: Rare. You are lucky to see one

Respectable Beginner.
This player is new to multiplayer and not very good, but they can still hold their own and are not one of the types listed above. They are simply trying to learn and improve, and are not a pain to be around.
Skill level: Moderate
Rarity: Common. Nearly every match has one or more.
Respectable Pro
This is one of the best kinds of players. They have great skill, but they also have etiquette. This player is not one of the types listed above. They simply get a good plane and try their best, and they don’t use cancerous special weapons. They often do well or win matches, and they don’t make everyone else in the lobby angry. They are a joy to play with.
Skill level: Pro
Rarity: Uncommon. Usually one every couple of games.
Literal God
This player is insanely good. They have hundreds of hours and thousands of wins. They will kill you before you even know they’re there. They almost always win matches. This player uses fair, non-cancerous tactics. They play fair and they play well.
Skill level: God
Rarity: Rare. You are lucky to see one.
BRRRRRRT
This player uses the A-10 for some reason, and man are they good with it. This is often a “Literal God” type player that’s just flexing or doing it for the meme. It’s always funny when the killcam shows an A-10 somehow going at mach 2 or doing a PSM. This category can also apply to people using the Mig-21 or the F-104.
Skill level: God
Rarity: Ultra rare. You had better screenshot that.
