Hayabusa Unlocks last in Chapter 6.
Gaia is unlocked in Chapter 7
Perseus is unlocked by getting all the Perseus Fragments
Hades is unlocked upon completing Chapter 8
Horses/mounts
Play through story and get -> Walnut, Mahagony, Birch, Chestnut and maple horses.
When Lu Bu is unlocked you will also unlock the red hare.
When Keiji Maeda is unlocked you will also unlock Matsukaze.
Unicorn, Pegasus are early purchase bonuses.
Kelpie, Behemoth, Fenrir, Sleiphnir and Catobeplas are DLC mounts.
Elephant, Panda, Bear, Hex Mark, Storm, Mammoth, Ghost, Black Shadow, Silver Coat, and Iron Coa. Are Legendary DLC mounts.
Infernal Black is only available in deluxe version Ultimate expantion.
