Unlock extra starting options and maps for Beyond Earth (official Starships bonuses)

Update - After installing the Pre Rising Tide update, you need to unlock this content again

Additional Colonist, Spaceship, Cargo bonuses and maps can be unlocked - Normally these would only be available by unlocking achievements in Starships.

A Glacial map can be unlocked by logging into My2K, which is found at the bottom right corner of the start menu.
