Overview
Game limits fps to 60,but actually we can unlock it.
Unlocks FPS
So here it is:
*Go to document/mygames/dragonquestxi/saved/config/windowsnoeditor/gameusersettings
*Looking FrameRateLimit
*Change the 60.0000 value to your preference fps (mine is 144.0000)
