[UPDATED 2017] Simple way to export andorid apk (scoll down to bottom section)

Preparation

few things you need to setup before we start.

1) you need a intel XDK software and register as a XDK member (FREE)

2) (optional) a amazon developer account (FREE) as I will use amazon as platform to put my exported apk file on amazon store.

HOW ITS WORKS

I am test some game development with Construct 2 in the past. And the way construct 2 export to apk are very similiar to Tyrano Builder. (Hint. if you are a Construct game developer, you know how to do it already )

So, let get start!

you need to create few size of Icon and few screen shot of your game. I will talk about this later.

To make it way more simple, pls follow what I suggest 1st, you can do your own later in your way.(such as where to put the directory: A.K.A file path)

so your already have the android export files from TyranoBuilder.

copy that folder to C:export apk
(* you need to create a folder named: export apk)

copy your export file from Tyrano Builder

now you need to put few png picture file in to the same place. Icon file with dimention 96×96 and a game screenshot of 800×480 (as shown on the screenshot above, you can put more orther dimention png file you like, but in this guide, I just use one icon size and one game screen shoot as a simple guide)

until now, you are almost 50% done.

Next section are on the intel XDK

go to sigup an account and downloadm, install intel XDK.

open the XDK software.

most of the guide for intel XDK (I will use screen shot for easy understand)

Start NEW Project in XDK

Import File

GIve a project name (cannot have spacing)

OK, files are imported, now click on XDK project button again

You will see this screen, I only highlight the importand part(for simple fast guide on create apk file)

the rest you can fill in yourself(optional)

All set, now we can have a preview on the game run demo inside android devece

This are the step we choose for, android apk export

APK File generated completed!!
o/ you are completed 90% in this GUIDE 😀

put the email you want to receive the apk file, (*make sure to untick the box, so you can direct download the file faster)

ok you are done, 100% completed in this android apk export guide, you can close the XDK programe

So now you have your lovely novel game in apk file format, you can put this file inside you android device, and install it.

I will show you mine (my test project since few months back, now I export it to apk, install on my phone and it works )

upload your apk to Amazon Store

Update 2017 (new way to get your apk done)

many people say this guide is not working for them,

So I make this the update section for those people to try out: another way to export apk.

1) once you have your game export: look for the folder and zip it.

2)go to website [link] , create an free account (free one is good to go).
upload your zip file, and wait until it complete converted to apk file, then will ready for download
