Overview

I will be showing how to upgrade your seamoth and what modules it uses!

What do I need?

You need to get 4 moonpool fragments from the Grand Reef, Mountain Island or the Starship Crash Site. The moonpool is crafted with the Habbitat Builder it needs Titanium x4, Lubricant x4, an Advanced Wiring Kit and the blueprint.
SEAMOTH MODIFICATION STATION
You need 3 fragments for this found in the Mushroom Forest and Koosh. This station is crafted in the moonpool on either the ends or sides. It is crafted with the builder, it needs Titanium x2, Glass, Computer Chip x2, and the blueprint.
MODIFICATION STATION
The Modification station will upgrade you depth modules.
Titanium x2, Wiring Kit, Computer Chip and the blueprint is found at the Under Islands, you need 3.

What are the upgrades?

Modules.

Pressure Compensator MK1 Increases the Seamoth’s depth to 300m.
Computer chip, plasteel ingot.

Pressure Compensator MK2 Increases the Seamoth’s depth to 500m.
PC MK1, Plasteel ingot x2, computer chip, aluminum oxide crystal.

Pressure Compensator MK3 Increases the Seamoth’s depth to 900m.
PC MK2, Plasteel ingot x3, computer chip, aluminum oxide crystal.
TIP: Aluminum oxide crystals are found in the Grand Reef and Sea Treader’s Path.
NOTE: THE DEPTH MODULES CANNOT BE STACKED.

Power Efficiency Module This increases your Seamoth’s Efficiency by 15%.
Computer chip.

Solar Charger Chargers the Seamoth’s power when in the sun.
Titanium, quartz, computer chip.

Seamoth Storage Solution It has a 4×4 storage.
Titanium x3.

Perimeter Defense System This is a defense-oriented module that stuns or kills funa, the longer it is held down the stronger it gets, although uses more power.
Advanced wiring kit.

Seamoth Sonar This module is very helpful, it scans the terrain by showing the cave systems, mapping out the whole area.
Advanced wiring kit

Hull Reinforcement gives a permanently hardened chassis before collision, eliminating damage under normal conditions.
Titanium x2

Torpedoes

Seamoth Torpedo System This is used to fend off creatures.
Magnetite, computer chip.
TIP: Magnetite is found abundantly in the Mountain’s area and the Jelly Shroom Caves.

Vortex Torpedo This torpedo is shot and discharges once it hits a object, enemy or 100m.
Titanium x2 makes 3.

Gas Torpedo This torpedo shoots a gas cloud. It is identical to Gasopod’s defense, deals 40 damage.
Titanium x2 and gas pod x2. (Gas pods have to be picked up from the Gasopod when it deploys it’s pods, before they explode.)

Customize your Seamoth.

This is a nice little feature to customize your rugged submersible.

It’s pretty straight foward, you have colours for the base, strips and the name. That’s basically it for that.

Did I miss something?

If I missed anything please tell me and I will keep updating this guide as the game develops. Thanks for viewing this guide, and your welcome! I will be doing a module guide on the cyclops and exosuit, see you then!
Peace.

EXTRA: UPGRADING CYCLOPS

Here’s a quick section to upgrade the Cyclops.

Build a fabricator in the Cyclops and you’ll see a option where you can build the Cyclops Pressure Compensator. That takes you to 400m. You need Plasteel Ingot and a Aluminum Oxide Crystal to craft it.

Then take that moulde to to the Modifiaction Station and you can build the Ultra Cyclops Pressure Compensator that goes to 1000m. You need 10 Plasteel Ingot and a Aluminum Oxide Crystal to craft it.
