Overview
NOW CONTAINS AFTERBIRTH CONTENT. This is a list of interesting or fun seeds I have found in rebirth/afterbirth, this guide also has a short section deticated to character unlocks! Be sure to give this guide a rating! Also please leave interesting or fun seeds you have found in the coments bellow (if you leave a seed tell us a little about it)!
Character Unlocks
Magdalene can be unlocked by obtaining 7 or more heart canister in one run.
Cain can be unlocked by collecting 55 coins in one run.
Judas can be unlocked by beating Satan for the first time.
Blue Baby or ??? can be unlocked by killing Mom’s heart ten times.
Eve can be unlocked by completing two floors in a row without picking up any hearts.
Samson can be unlocked by completing two floors in a row without taking damage.
Azazel can be unlocked by taking three deals with the devil in one run.
Lazarus can be unlocked when the player has four or more black hearts or soul hearts at once in a run.
Eden can be unlocked by beating the womb for the first time. Unlike other characters you have to obtain Eden Tokens to play this character, you get these everytime you beat Mom’s Heart or It Lives.
The Keeper can be unlocked by donating 1000 coins in the Greed Machine. This does require the Afterbirth DLC.
Lilth can be unlocked by beating greed mode with Azazel. This does require the Afterbirth DLC.
The Lost can be unlocked by doing a lot of things. First of all you must play as Isaac and die to a Mulliboom in The Basement or The Celler seed: JTMD EZPF. You must then play as Maggy and kill yourself with your own bomb in the caves seed: P8V7 6XAH. Then you have to play as Judas and die to Mom’s Foot seed: A9HN 4223. And finally you have to play as Azazel and die to Satan’s brimstone attack (DO NOT DIE TO THE FALLEN, which is the first three enemies in the fight). You can not use a seed for the final step, and if you die to anything other than what your suppose to, you have to start over.
(Seeds don’t work currently, due to Afterbirths seed gen change)
However if you have Afterbirth you can now unlock the Lost by dying in a sacrafice room while holding the missing poster trinket.
Fun Seeds
Seeds disable achievments and plaitnum god progression.
Some of these seeds I don’t rember what they do or are, but they are fun. I will continue to update this when I find more seeds. Seeds only work in normal.
