Easy achievements
Many achievements are so simple that they do not require detailed instructions or videos.
It is quite simple to start the game.
You can find information on obtaining simple achievements in the text guides indicated in the part above.
Many simple achievements are obtained by themselves when performing more difficult achievements.
Difficult achievements
Below we will consider options for obtaining the most difficult achievements in the game Planetbase.
During difficult achievements, as a rule, you can automatically get most of the simpler achievements.
However, in order to obtain some achievements, it will be necessary to create special conditions, such as loading special missions (challenges).
Also, keep in mind that during the game in the mission (challenge), you can get only those achievements that are specifically indicated that it is possible to get in this mission (challenge).
When playing challenge, it is impossible to get most of the achievements.
Therefore, to get most of the achievements you need to play the usual planetary options.

1 – Express Outpost
Build a base with at least 100 colonists in less than 30 days
1) Small tip from Graxster , Author:
Small tip to anyone watching this:
a) At the start, build your solar panel
b) then immediately build the power collector, so it has the longest possible amount of time to charge up before the sun goes down.
if you’re going for these achievements,
– use fast-growing food and lots and lots of biologists.
– Remember, the goal is as many colonists as quickly as possible.
Max starting efficiency (my way of doing it):
- Largest solar panel,
- largest power collector,
- largest water extractor,
- large oxygen generator,
- small canteen + 1 water fountain + 1 video screen + meal maker,
- largest storage room,
- air lock,
- mine,
- small dorm + 3 beds,
- small processing plant + 1 metal processor + 1 bioplastic processor,
- largest biodome + 3 rice plants + 1 medicinal plant.
That leaves me with 1 bioplastic, 10 spares, and 10 first aid kits. - Now I build a small sick bay and wait for the workers to make 2 metal and 2 bioplastic,
- then use the last bioplastic to make a bed in the sick bay.
The chances of both workers getting injured before mining 2 ore are pretty slim. - Now just have to wait for the 5 metal needed to build the landing pad (recruiting more biologists first, to make more food, then workers).
This way you’ve got almost all the largest buildings that are important.

3 – Express Starport (Atlantis)

Construction options:

4 – Express Dark Colony
Complete Dark Moon challenge in less than 70 days

Here is how to get the dark world challenge started:
- recycle the ship immediately
- build a size 7 solar collector to the upper left of the pile of resources
- wait until the engineer moves to build the solar collector, then build a power collector size 4 along the base of the mountains connected to the solar collector
- wait until the engineer moves towards the power collector then build an air lock along the left hand side of the pile of resources.
- build the oxygen generator on the right hand side of the pile.
- build a landing pad so that resources join you at day 0 hour 20
- build a water processor
- go from there.
- I typically build a canteen,
- dorm
- then size 5 bio dome.
- followed by a processing plant.
- then mine.
I beat this challenge in 41 days but am having trouble bettering it.
this challenge is all about resources: build mines, starchy plants and processing plants.
I am having a real hard time reproducing the 41 day feat. Here are the goals I try to meet: 30 colonists by day 7, 60 by 14, etc. When I beat it in 41 days, I had 10’s of colonists joining per day.
My strategy is to never shutdown the landing pads and building in anticipation of the next requirement. It is very routine what needs to be done on all levels. It is a cycle. All of planetbase can be beat this way, Except the atlantic challenge. that one requires a different strategy.

The situation with the game and the community of players!
Special thanks to those who create mods, challenges and guides.
I remember the times when our community was much more active and had thousands of active players and countless discussions on the prospects for the development of the game and the creation of mods.
Unfortunately, those days are long gone and now the authors of the game really don’t like the activity of our community.
The authors of the game are against creating mods and those people who suggest improving the game or creating Planetbase-2 or DLC.
There are cases when the authors of the game not only deleted messages, but blocked the players in the Steam forum without adequate reasons. The players who paid them money for their games. Blocked simply because people expressed their opinion that mods could be useful and they would be happy with improvements in the game or the release of DLC or Planetbase-2.

after I asked them about the possibility of releasing paid DLC, supporting mods or releasing game updates.
The authors of the game not only deleted my harmless messages on Steam, but they blocked me forever. And they also banned me permanently on the Steam forum for no reason yet for their second game, “Dawn of Man”.
The authors of the game do not answer all questions about this, but only ignore letters or delete messages on the Steam forum.
Perhaps the authors of the game have forever blocked me on all their resources, not only because I asked about the possibility of releasing updates or DLC, but also for my participation in dozens of guides, creating mods, challenges, collections and structuring lists of things that the community offers to improve in the game.
I think, like many worthy members of the community, that the authors of the game acted inadequately, blocking me forever and deleting my messages, in which there were no violations of the rules. And I demand that I unblock, or at least return my money for their games and explain to me and the community members why they, without adequate reason, delete messages and block useful people to the community.
We also know more cases when, due to such actions of the authors of the game, many mod creators were forced to stop working on mods and guides for the Planetbase game. The once huge community of the game has now become very small as a result.
