Void Rift Level 100 in (some) no time at all

Overview

I saw a lot of people struggling to get the void Master Achievement. So I thought I give you the few tricks I used to get bored on my way to level 100

Into the void

Things needed for this strategy:

Vampyr Wings
Magic Scepter

(Keep in mind, that I achieved these feats when Iwas already level 50 and had full demon equipment, when I started)

The void biome itself is available relatively early, if you have a bit of money. The traveling merchant can sell a portal to the dimension relatively cheap and even in the sigil maker it is not too hard to craft. And while the first levels are easy and should be done. One can easily gather a bit of void stone, which should be done after you cleared all the monsters. Fish for afew Kraken Eyes, while you are at it.

Now that you have around 800 void stone and a couple eyes, best would be 10, you can get out, because honestly, pushing for higher levels is not worth it. The moment bosses spawn, around level 8, you will get bogged down or even killed.

So before you delve deeper into the levels, here are a few things you should do.

Upgrade your gloves and boots.

While the weapons are a lot more tempting, to progress, they are basically useless in the void biom. The sword has no range and slows you down and the bow only becomes viable on Cosmic level and even then it can not hold up with the clearly superior choice.

Upgraded Rods. These take a little time and luck to get, but they are the prime choice for pushing in the void.

For that you need a couple things though. Among them, 10 void steel, which is why you should visit the void biom once or twice and farm up to level 5. Because in the fire biom, there is a mage who wants 50 cinderbloom, 10 voidsteel and 5 star fragments. Once you deliver those items, you get infinite use for your rods, making them infinitely more viable.

In the meanwhile it is adviced to plop down around 10-15 fishing traps into the desert, the ice biom and the fire biom. You will need those, to gather the lava eels, ankhs and squids, for your rod upgrades.

Next step is digging up the relics. For that I used a three shrine per biom tactic, at best next to a lighthouse, to wait for the excavation buff, making the gathering of the items a non factor. beware, the fire rod takes fossils, which you find in the basic green biom, not dinosaur eggs.

Now that you have successfully made your rods viable, you are nearly ready to tackle the void biom.

The last step before doing so is a tedious one and slightly expensive.

Farming Spirit orbs.

For that a void sword is advised, and the Dexterous buff from a shrine. Maybe 4-10 balistas too. Then you should go and create a few slime sigils, or if you can, skull sigils, to spawn the bosses. Make sure to pack enough food and do a few of the dungeons, to get more hearts, or even invest 3 spirit orbs.

Otherwise the skeleton may easily one shot you. Beware that they damage buildings and the chests they drop outright destroy them, so either lure them a bit away from the balistas, or have enough droids from markets. Those are also good for gathering the sigils. Beware! the Dark Beet sigil is a no go. The beet deals 6 hearts in a single hit and is a strong bullet hell.

Now, after you capped your health and invested 3 orbs or so into stamina, the real fun begins. Putting the orbs into damage. You will quickly find your damage rising. And best of all, the damage also effects both your rods and ballistas, making farming bosses a non issue. After 10 or 15 orbs into damage you will already notice a significant difference.

Keep it up until you have an easy time dealing with the big skeleton king. You can also fight the bosses while you wait for your fishing traps, as the rods are better suited for aoe, not single target. There the sword is better.

Finally nothing should be in your way. Pick your favorite rod, which you upgraded, pack enough cooked fish or meat and head into the rift. If you find yourself struggling, farm a couple more bosses and finally you will achieve smooth saying. I have used roughly 250 spirit orbs at this moment in time and the only issue I have with getting to level 100 is that eventually there are so many enemies, that the game starts to slow down.

Most bosses at that point summon more enemies, and there are staggering amounts of up to 2000 enemies, I have to wittle down in the given amount. But it is very much possible. And if you are only after the level 30 achievement, you should have absolutely no problem.

I hope this guide helped and if you have any questions or want any tips, just ask.
