Overview
A Set of cards i used and worked on to build a strong tank deck that can survive some brutal hits whilst dishing it out.
Intro
So having played at the time of writing this, around 25 hours, most of that on Volco, i finally created a deck that took me all the way to The Master before struggling against him thanks to bad last arena events, those being blind prophet and puff party. I hope this deck helps you to also recreate and beat the boss.
The Deck

The deck focuses on having High HP and decent block, whilst you sustain through rounds using consumables or Desperate for kills. Granted there are a lot of SUPREME cards in there, but they are all useful for the CONSUMER card.
The BROFIST cards are great for getting out of tight corners if your companion is somehow still alive, whilst the damage comes from mainly using your fully charged left clicks with HAMMER TIME and JUICES OF GROWTH for bosses that wont go down easily. Use Mirror match during the boss fights for free meat shields that can take aggro and also dish a little damage out, and if you’re lucky enough, reproduce more of the card!
VOLCANIC REACH is great to knock down foes and if i had another, i would add it, and combined with VOLCANIC SMASH it takes care of long range threats like snipers and exploding minions easily.
There are cards in there to help draw multiple mid range cards early to play such as UNFAIR ADVANTAGE and OOOH, SHINY! which can also be combined with the single THE ROCK card for passive defensive options.
FIERY CONJURER is a great final card if you can be lucky enough to obtain it intime for a boss fight. Slaying minions in a single hit followed by raining 100 damage fireballs on a boss or other opponents can be the thing that helps secure a victory.
Playstyle
Don’t be too risky. You might have HP to spare but it can go down just as easily. Blocks might save you a few dozen times but not forever. Charge up a hammer, walk in, let the foes have it. If they are low enough, finish them off quickly, if not, back away and charge up again. Use your Molten shield to protect against any damage you cant walk out from or as an initiation to get into a fight, whilst Volcanic smashing through walls to get free hits. Spinning allows no colition so use it when you are swarmed and need to escape fast. In this build it is not build for damage, but for staying out of it.
Brutus is my choice of companion, since Denver can cancel your charged hammers whilst he hits you sometimes, knocking you outa position when you strike. He is also good for taking some agro off you whilst you charge up a hammer.
As for powerups, look for health upgrades when available or life orb drops for normals. Lacking those, try a free mana on turn 1 to help ramp better. Finding the -1 mana on the first consumable used each turn can also pay off. Having +3 hp per card played is also a great buff. The supreme buffs are where its at though. Being able to explode foes for a percentage of their HP is great when they are all chasing you anyway.
Accomplishments
Thanks to this deck (and a tiny bit of luck getting a Consumer card from oooh, shiny!) i was able to get the 400 hp achievement, AND make it to the boss of The Grand Return for the first time.
