Complete "Raid Against the Warboss" in Dawn of War II.
- Missable story mission. It is an optional mission on Calderis near the end to kill the main warboss.
Complete "The Wailing Doom" in Dawn of War II.
- Missable story mission. It is an optional mission on Typhon near the end to kill Avatar.
Defend a province without losing a single generator in Dawn of War II.
- Even in hardest difficulty, first defence mission will be easy. So, don’t worry.
Complete a mission with only ranged weapons in Dawn of War II.
- Since there isn’t a decent boss in first defence mission, you can do it in that mission. Most of the early missions are good for this achievement too.
Singleplayer Achievements II
Earn a 5 star Fury rating in Dawn of War II.
- Easiest of the star achievements, you need to kill 80% of enemies in a map. So, clean the map for the achievement.
Earn a 5 star Speed rating in Dawn of War II.
- Obviously, you need to finish mission quickly. Shouldn’t be a problem if you are only doing this achievement, even in hardest difficulty.
Earn a 5 star Resilience rating in Dawn of War II.
- Complete the mission without any of your units are incapacitated.
Get 15 stars on one mission in Dawn of War II.
- Best mission to do this is defence missions. First one is best but late defend mission on Calderis can be good too.
Gain a second deployment in a single day in Dawn of War II.
- First defence mission is great for this achievement. You need many stars for second deployment and you won’t have any problem with speed or fury, just focus on resilience.
Gain a third deployment in a single day in Dawn of War II.
- Same as above. First defence mission is great for this achievement. You need many stars for second deployment and you won’t have any problem with speed or fury, just focus on resilience. Communication Towers give extra points which mean Calderis is great for trying this achievement.
Successfully defend 5 Strategic Assets in Dawn of War II.
- Defence missions will unlock as you progress. Even though you only have limited time and one chance to try. If you choose to end mission from the menu before you lose, you can try again (Time will pass though).
Own all Strategic Assets in a campaign in Dawn of War II. Not applicable to guests.
- Good early game is important in this one. You will need multiple deployments because of the many defence missions.
Complete 10 missions in a row without failing in Dawn of War II.
- Self-explanatory; finish 10 missions succesfully.
Complete a mission under five minutes in Dawn of War II.
- Playing on Recruit will make it really easy. First missions are easily doable at this difficulty.
Kill a boss using only your Force Commander in Dawn of War II.
- Since game doesn’t count some of the bosses like defense missions or bosses without bar and etc., doing this achievement, like “Rush ‘em” achievement, early in recruit difficulty is advised.
Kill a boss in less than one minute in Dawn of War II.
- This one is one of the hardest ones. Playing on Recruit difficulty is a must. Plus, game doesn’t count all of the bosses like defense bosses or bosses without bars. Finishing the array questline and using the bombardment to kill a boss like sample questline can work. I got mine at first mission of the array questline against the tank, without Cyrus and usage of lots of equipment (I had all of the equipment slot upgrades and mostly aggressive build).
Kill 20 enemies using Assault Jump in Dawn of War II.
- Pretty straightforward, use the “Assault Jump” ability.
Max out a Combat Discipline on a squad in Dawn of War II. Not applicable to guests.
- You should be able to maximize one of the combat disciplines easily as you progress.
Attain a campaign score of over 30,000 points in Dawn of War II. Not applicable to guests.
- Earning more stars give you more points. Since, you will try for the other achievements, this won’t be a problem.
Attain a campaign score of over 90,000 points in Dawn of War II. Not applicable to guests.
- This achievement is the most annoying and time-consuming achievement. Logic is the same as Hero of the Imperium (even the good performance missions will give you 1000 points at the end).
Reach level 20 with one of your squads in Dawn of War II. Not applicable to guests.
- Level 20 is the maximum level and you can reach it easily while grinding points.
Create a customized look for any race in the Army Painter in Dawn of War II.
- Go to Multiplayer > Army Painter, then pick random or customize a hero.
Co-op Achievements
Complete a mission in co-op mode in Dawn of War II.
- Self-explanatory.
Complete 15 missions in co-op in Dawn of War II.
- Self-explanatory. To save time, you can play at easy or do defence missions.
Complete the campaign in co-op in Dawn of War II.
- You only need to finish the last mission, other missions are not relevant to this achievement.
Multiplayer Achievements
View a recorded game in Dawn of War II.
- After finishing a multiplayer game, you can record the game from bottom left.
Achieve an online ranked victory with 500 victory points remaining in Dawn of War II.
- You can unlock this achievement with 100 wins method or "Champion" method.
100 ranked wins in Dawn of War II.
- Ranked is already dead. So, if you have a friend, you can snipe each other "easily". However, the game is a bit slow to find a game, even with this method. Although, queue is a bit slow, some times it can find the game immediately. After starting the game one, side can surrender (from the menu) to give other side a quick win, if you do not need to be the champion of course.
Earn Champion rating 20 times during online ranked play in Dawn of War II.
- It is the same thing with MVP. To get it easily, losing side needs to wait until other side captures a victory point. After that, losing side can surrender.
Create a 3 player party and play a ranked multiplayer game together in Dawn of War II.
- You need 6 people (3 at each side) for this achievement. It is best to do this with "Chaos Undivided" achievement in Choas Rising.
Play 10 ranked multiplayer games in Dawn of War II.
- Pretty simple, you will achieve this while doing "Veteran Victor".
20 online ranked games played with Space Marines in Dawn of War II.
- You only need to play as Space Marines, you do not need to win for this achievement. You will achieve this while doing "Veteran Victor".
20 online ranked games completed with Orks in Dawn of War II.
- You only need to play as Orks, you do not need to win for this achievement. You will achieve this while doing "Veteran Victor".
20 online ranked games completed with Eldar in Dawn of War II.
- You only need to play as Eldar, you do not need to win for this achievement. You will achieve this while doing "Veteran Victor".
20 online ranked games completed with Tyranids in Dawn of War II.
- You only need to play as Tyranids, you do not need to win for this achievement. You will achieve this while doing "Veteran Victor".
Earn a 5 game win streak during online ranked play in Dawn of War II.
- Self-explanatory, you only need to win 5 consecutive matches without losing.
Revive your teammates 50 times during online ranked play in Dawn of War II.
- You need at least 4 people for this achievement. Using Space Marines and choosing Apothecary is recommended. You can check the images below for an example and see the best upgrades for this achievement:
Chaos Rising Achievements

- Story related, cannot be missed. It is the first mission.
Defeat the true enemy attacking Angel Forge in Chaos Rising.
- Story related, cannot be missed. First mission on Meridian.
Answer the enemy commander's challenge on Aurelia in Chaos Rising.
- Story related, cannot be missed.
Complete campaign on Recruit difficulty or harder in Chaos Rising.
- Self-explanatory.
Complete campaign on Sergeant difficulty or harder in Chaos Rising.
- Self-explanatory.
Complete campaign on Captain difficulty or harder in Chaos Rising.
- Self-explanatory.
Complete campaign on Primarch difficulty in Chaos Rising.
- Self-explanatory. Unlocking this achievement will unlock other difficulty related achievements too.
Get any squad to maximum Corruption in Chaos Rising. Not available to guests.
- You need to complete corruption quests and/or items while avoiding redemption quests and items for this achievement.
Reach level 30 with any campaign squad in Chaos Rising. Not available to guests.
- Even without importing your characters, you will be above level 15. You can easily achieve level 30 and if you can’t, you can use the one time use only items.
Unlock the dark secrets of "The Fate of Galan" in Chaos Rising.
- You will get it at second Space Hulk mission which is an optional mission. The tome gives all of your men +5 corruption and unlock a tiny entry.
Complete a mission on the Space Hulk with 4 Terminators in Chaos Rising.
- If you do not import your characters, you will start with one terminator armour and if you do all of the optional missions before the space hulk, you will have three terminator armours. So, it is recommended to use a imported save file or given save file below. The optional mission after the first space hulk mission is a good place to try this. Even though there is a time limit, you can do it at the hardest difficulty without weapons.
Co-op Achievements
Multiplayer Achievements
Play 20 ranked games using Chaos in Chaos Rising.
- You only need to play as Chaos, you do not need to win for this achievement. You will achieve this while doing "Veteran Victor".
Win a ranked game using only Khorne-themed units in Chaos Rising.
- Chaos Lord is a Khorne-themed unit, pick him up before starting the game. Since you will aim for "Veteran Victor" achievement, your enemy will surrender and you won't need to deploy other units.
Win a ranked game using only Nurgle-themed units in Chaos Rising.
- Plague Lord is a Nurgle-themed unit, pick him up before starting the game. Since you will aim for "Veteran Victor" achievement, your enemy will surrender and you won't need to deploy other units.
Win a ranked game using only Tzeentch-themed units in Chaos Rising.
- Chaos Sorcerer is a Tzeentch-themed unit, pick him up before starting the game. Since you will aim for "Veteran Victor" achievement, your enemy will surrender and you won't need to deploy other units.
Win a ranked Team Battle with each Chaos hero on the team in Chaos Rising.
- This achievement requires 6 people. Simply create a room for 3 and choose a different Chaos hero from each other.
Destroy a Wartrukk with a Noxious Cloud during a ranked game in Chaos Rising.
- Obviously, you need to play against Orks and you need to be Chaos to unlock this achievement. At the beginning of the game share the map and take resources. Chaos will use these resources to upgrade his/her base, while Orks use these resources to upgrade his/her base, feed Chaos some units (Chaos needs to kill some units for points) and deploy a Wartrukk. After deploying Wartrukk, lower its hp first and then use Noxious Cloud to destroy it.
Win 10 online Free for All matches in Chaos Rising.
- Similar to the ranked, you need to win 10 times at Free for All mode. However, you need more than 2 people in ranked mode. Although, you can play this mode from custom game with two people but there will be no option to surrender. Because of that, make the victory point 250 before starting to game.
Hold 5+ victory points at once in an online Free for All in Chaos Rising.
- While playing this mode, you will want to hold all of the victory points to quickly win. So, it shouldn't be a problem.
Last Stand Achievements
Score 500,000 in The Last Stand with the Hive Tyrant or Sorcerer in Chaos Rising.
- This one is pretty easy; since you will try to finish level 20, you will reach much more points than this one.
Beat wave 20 in The Last Stand with the Hive Tyrant or Sorcerer in Chaos Rising.
- Beating wave 20 will be easier as you gain levels. Don't sweat on it, because reaching level 20 is a grind. You will probably beat the wave without even caring before that. However, if you can't win, you can check the glitch method:
- Be careful though, right side of the building has a glitch which has a ragdoll effect; it will send you back to the arena when you are knocked back. Best heroes for this method are sorcerers (you will need to level them or tyranids and sorcerers have range advantage).
Reach level 20 in The Last Stand with the Hive Tyrant or Sorcerer in Chaos Rising.
- It requires a bit effort to reach level 20 but it is not that grindy. You will gain experience according to the waves beaten, points and time doesn't matter. You will need 124,770 experience points in total while finishing the arena gives you 5,100 points (level 18 gives 4,000 and 10 gives 1,650). You can check the table of experience from here:
Save Files
- Theseus save files are for Primarch difficulty, point, asset and level achievements. You don't have to finish the last mission for these achievements. Second "hihi" one at Chaos Rising gives you a chance to unlock "Purist" (4 terminator armours) and "Forbidden Knowledge" achievements.
- Save files are located in here: "C:\Users\(User Name)\Documents\My Games\Dawn of War 2\Saved Games"
