Overview
This guide offers a breakdown of every standard weapon, organised by what ingredients they give when you dismantle them. After covering all the weapons I then finish with some of my own observations and tips. Please note: I have not yet verified whether this guide is accurate after the 1.2 patch. In the meantime, if you do spot a mistake, let me know in the comments. Switch to: Weapon Recipes Guide

My Observations and Tips
The first thing you should realise is that the cost of crafting a weapon is greater than the rewards from dismantling a weapon. Dismantling also means you can’t spend that turn crafting anything, therefore making it the slowest way to collect ingredients.
You may notice that no weapons give you Tears of a Worm. Not even the super weapons! The only way to obtain Tears of a Worm is if the scheme gives you some to start with or if you are lucky enough to find some in craft crate drops.
It is possible to create a crafting scheme that makes it impossible to craft super weapons. You would need to disable craft crate drops and instead provide starting ingredients and weapons that can be dismantled.
One interesting thing to note is that all the weapons that are typically given infinite ammo only give X2 Boggy’s Special Sauce – An ingredient that is needed for every weapon, but by itself cannot be crafted into anything!
I know some players find this over powered / broken, but honestly, if you feel the need to dismantle more than 9 grenades (the max ammo that can be set before infinite) in any one match, then you are doing something wrong. You would receive no fewer than 18 of Boggy’s Special Sauce and It will take at least 9 turns (even if they are not your own turns) to do this. You will be no closer to crafting that Ninja Rope Pro, let alone a Concrete Donkey!
If you then dismantled a Sheep on a Rope to get the other much needed ingredients, it will dish out X4 Boggy’s Special Sauce, X2 Sticky Donkey Paste, and X1 Banana Bomb Seeds. You soon realise that you’re overrun with an unnecessary amount of Boggy’s Special Sauce and have wasted your crafting go’s on dismantling grenades! Conversely, if you instead collect crafting crates to get the rarer ingredients, again, they will also dish out plenty of the common ingredients too.
Little tip from me, dismantle one or two grenades early on in the match (as this is still quite useful), but don’t worry about other players dismantling an infinite number of grenades (or other basic weapons) throughout the match. If it’s the principle that bothers you then you should also be bothered that we can have an infinite amount of ammo of any regular weapon in the first place.
Hope players find this guide useful!
