Overview
Considering that the modding community for this game is split between the Steam and Slitherine forums there wasn’t a simple way to find mods to play, as you had to search both forums to find the mods (many of which are incomplete or never even launched). As such, I compiled this list to help people easily find the best mods that are available for Warhammer 40k Armageddon. I’ve included all the mods I could find and I intend to continue updating this list as new mods are released.
Purpose of this guide
.
Since the few released mods are scaterred all around the Steam and Slitherine forums (making it harder to find them) I decided to compile a list with links to help people like me that were having trouble findind them. It is woth mentioning that the following list is in no particular order.
Game Mechanics Mods
- First community update
Community update to the base game that adds the following features:

A mod which adds 37 new units to Steel Legion and 8 new units to all Space Marine chapters in the game, complete with custom graphics, sounds and animations.
Also includes the following changes to gameplay:

– All Steel Legion and Space Marines’ healths are tripled and added 10-20 more defence. Its overpowered in normal but still you can die quickly in very hard difficult if you don’t make strategic tactics.
– I’ve edited some weapons’ stats to be more canon-accurate. For example a space marine’s bolter was doing very less damage. I simply updated its shot count, so with the space marine’s accuracy and abilites it does much more damage. - Tyranids Full Faction Mod

New version of the map editor that doesn’t crash as often (not required if you already have the steam version of the game).

Not actually a mod, but a tool to allow modders to better manipulate the game ruleset. I’m not sure if it is compatible with the game’s latest version, but thought it was worth listing it here.
