A simple formula on when to reset
Key
T= Total number of investors currently
A= Total amount after reset
This is a very simple formula that helped me. You can always change the formula to fit your needs.
Formula
T+2T=A
So, let’s say you reset after 1,000 angels and you want to know how many angels to wait for.
Formula: T+2T=A
Formula (with numbers plugged in): 1,000+2(1,000)=A
So you would follow Pemdas (Parenthesis, Exponents, Multiply, Divide, Add, Subtract) and would first multiply. (Yes, there are parentesis, but in this case they just mean multiply) Then you would have…
1,000+2,000=A
Then you’d add and get…
3,000=A
*Tip* If you think you aren’t getting enough angels every reset then change the formula like so…
T+3T=A
T+4T=A
T+5T=A
etc.
