Overview
So I’ve seen a couple posts regarding the mouse sensivity being too high for their liking. People usually playing a lot of fps games have that kind of issue. I also couldn’t find a fix for it so that’s why I’m making it…If this has been already solved, please put the link in to the fix. So the fix:1. Before the game actually launches you have this wacky desktop menu, go to options, check box for advanced options and turn your Vsync off2. Open the game and set the mouse sensivity to the lowest and don’t touch it again( Touching it again after the fix might reset our little file changes)3. Navigate to your Documents folder for your pc.4. Go to your witcher 2 folder located in it.5. Open the config folder.6. Open the user.ini file in your notepad.7. Scroll until u see ” [MouseInput] “.8.Set given values as shown:MouseDampX=0MouseDampY=0MouseSmoothness=0Smoothness=0UseMouseDamp=falseOk so the basics are done….but there are few thing left to do9. You also have these settings:SensitivityX= […]SensitivityY= […]andMouseSensitivityX= […]MouseSensitivityY= […]You’ll have to tinker with these on your own terms to establish what kind of sensivity you want… I can share mine in case somebody wonders.[MouseInput]KeyboardCooldownSpeed=0.1MouseDampX=0MouseDampY=0MouseSensitivityX=0.02MouseSensitivityY=0.02MouseSmoothness=0SensitivityX=0.0SensitivityY=0.0Smoothness=0UseMouseDamp=false10. ????11. Profit…..I hope. This guide helped me and I hope it helped you, if it did please let me know and if it didn’t please let me know what’s wrongHope I helped
