If you don’t like Mouse and Keyboard controls, here is an Xpadder profile with the same controls as the PlayStation 2 game.
Xpadder configuration
I made this Xpadder profile long time ago for personal use, but many people are asking how to play BO2 with a controller so I’ll post it here if anyone needs it.

Controls have been linked like the PlayStation 2 version of the game, I think they are much more comfortable than Mouse + Keyboard ones. Also this profile has fully camera support, works like PS2 version.
