The reason I share this with you is because if any of you have played against my “B**** a** deck” as many as you call it, you were curious how it was built and its purpose.

I’m going to start off with what lands I have. I try to keep it balanced around 24-26 lands and I normally run 60 card decks.

  • 10 Swamp

  • 10 Island
  • 4 Dimir Guildgate

Blue creatures
2 Guard Gomazoa

Black Creatures
(* means rare/mythic)

4 Child of Night

2 Rotfeaster Maggot

2 Indulgent Tormentor*

Blue Spells

2 Void Snare

2 Voyage’s End

3 Dissolve

2 Nullify

3 Inspiration

Black Spells

1 Blood Tribute*

1 Covenant of Blood

2 Vicious Hunger

2 Sanguine Bond*

3 Tribute to Hunger

Artifacts

2 Creepy Doll*

3 Elixir of Immortality

The purpose of this deck is to hold off the enemy as long as possible and gain life so that the enemy loses life.

For example, Sanguine Bond works well with Child Of Night, Rotfeaster Maggot, Elixir of Immortality, etc.

I have cancel, return, destruction, and defender cards to obvioulsy hold off the enemy and Inspiration and Scry speeds up the process of getting my Sanguine Bond and other various cards.

Here are the stats for my deck. Don’t let the stats fool you though. I’ve played with this deck in 10 matches and I won 7.
