Overview
This is a guide for My Summer Car Moped (Jonnez es) to avoid stupid deaths and to get the most out of your moped!
Introduction
Heres a short guide for the new My Summer Car moped! I spent many hours driving around while taking notes how this new vehicle drives. After alot of dying and hours of doing stupid things I wrote this guide to share my experience with my msc moped! [
Guide was made while waiting for sewage jobs :p
How to start it and drive it
Firstly like many may know. The moped can be found next to your own house leaning outside your garage. But next you will be wondering how to start the little thing.
Firstly walk on the moped, press enter and now lean to your left and under seat you should see a fuel tap, turn it on.
Next in driving mode lean to your right. You should see a ignition if you dont, you are not in driving mode. If you found it press mouse1 and keep pedaling. Soon engine should start and you should hear engine revving.
Now you know how to start up the engine, but there are still some controls that you may find useful!
Picture is self explanatory.
Refueling
Go to store and buy 2-T bensiini. Its a orange container, left shelf when going to the store.
To refuel the moped open the fuelcap by looking at the fuelcap and scrolling down (I recommend lifting the moped up before attempting to refuel it)
when done correctly you will see the greenbar filling up.(If you still cant see the greenbar filling then moped is full.) Also 2-T fuel container doenst need to be opened, its ready for fueling after bought.

Driving tips
Jonnez es top speed is about 80 km/h (49 mph)
But i do not recommend driving that fast on a dirt road, since breaking can be hard in corners cause it gets bumpy when going fast. But on highway there are no limits on how fast you can drive even though its really bumpy, it only affects steering but not too much. Watch out for cars passing by they really hate mopeds and just drive over you!
Currently moped physics work somewhat weird. Never brake hard especially when going downhill or steering into corners, if you do moped may flip forward and sometimes result in death.
Moped doesnt have a handbreak(Back brakes but they could work as “x” if there were any.). But you can still break normally (“s” brake bind) and it feels like moped only has brakes in front wheel (not sure.) Like in real life you should be cautious when braking with front on especially on dirt road. This applies in My Summer Car as well (if moped only brakes with front, again i’m not sure)
Carrying items with moped is also possible by: Starting the engine and getting off moped. Picking up the item you want to take with you. Then get back on and drive around with your moped like normal.
Even in the fastest speed items you are carrying wont fall off. Homever you can only carry one item in while driving.
Burnouts are only possible on dirt/grass. On tarmac moped dies. ;(
Somewhat braking with rear is possible by downshifting quickly in speed. This makes your mopeds rear wheel to lock and makes your moped really hard to control. So this makes a pretty dangerous way to brake.
How to not die
Short version for lazy people
- Do not drive too fast on dirt road (to be safe dont go over 60 km/h)
- Do not brake after air, downhill or into corners when going fast
- NEVER brake hard
- Watch out for cars on highway (they drive over you)
- Dont race with yellow car (you wont win)
- Dont try to drive inside vehicles (like dev said: You will die )
- Brakes are unpredictable, be cautious when using them in fast speed 🙂
- Dont carry a sofa when driving, its hard to see anything

Things worth mentioning
- With moped you can easily flip over yellow car by placing moped under car engine
- Jonnez es is a replica from a popular finnish moped Suzuki Pv (sadly only finnish wiki article) [fi.wikipedia.org]
- Moped loves to go under map, when it does it can be teleported with MSCeditor guide of this?
- Moped is not buildable or upgrade able at the moment
- Moped is indestructible
- Moped will shut down when driven in water and cannot be started in water.
- Top speed is about 80 km/h (49 mph)
- You can go as fast as you want on highway without dying
- Moped doesnt have a handbrake for some reason
- Cant burnout on tarmac
- The higher the rev’s the brighter are lights
End
This is the end for my first guide, Hopefully you like it!
Im open for feedback and suggestions in the comments. 🙂
