2 : How to download and install

1a – First, download a zip file on this link (under 1MB) :
Download Me[drive.google.com]

1b – If you know already SweetFX and is already installed on Final Fantasy IX, use this preset : Download preset[sfx.thelazy.net]

2 – Open .zip file and install all files on the game location in the folder x64 (if your system is 64 bits) or x86 (if your system is a 32 bits).

3 – Finish

Warning : The default preset is for 1920×1080 monitor or TV 1080p.
Don’t touch the value of Border and CRT Resolution if you run the game on 1920×1080 monitor

For adjust preset for your resolution, edit SweetFX_settings file (with Note Pad) on the folder SweetFX (on folder x64 or x86). (Change just numbers).


On these images

Blue : Intensity of scanline CRT. If you think scanlines is too dark, change the value on 0.35 like this

#define CRTAmount 0.35

if is ever too dark, change to : 0.15

Red : Border settings. Add black border for remove grey bar on the left and right, see below the value to change for your resolution.

Green : Numbers of scalines depending of Resolution, see below the value to change for your resolution.

When you finish to change value, juste save file or CTRL+S (not save as)

PS : This settings is for native resolution, not working on upscale resolution
