Finally with these fixes I was able to enjoy SWFU II.

A good game after some fixes you will have.
FPS cap fix – Available options are 40 FPS, 50 FPS, 60 FPS, and unlimited.
[link]Cutscenes fix – Install the K-lite codec pack and you should be able to watch the story videos.
[link]Vsync – Use your Nvidia/Amd Control Panel to enable Vsync.

This mod is an all in one: Evolution Mod Alpha 1.2, Wet Clothes effect, Endor Challenge Map, DLCs and 60fps patch.
